About The Painted Sheep


Welcome to the The Painted Sheep!  The Painted Sheep is owned by me, Kris Gonzales.  I am located in New Britain, Connecticut.  I am a fiber artist who knits, spins, felts,dyes yarn and fiber and dabbles in many other forms of fiber arts. I started out learning to knit in the fall of 2000. I fell in love! Shortly thereafter, my desire for yarns of natural fibers, of my choosing, led me to spinning. That led to so many other things. The thing that I really fell in love with was dyeing. I handpaint my own rovings and yarns. I am excited to launch The Painted Sheep in 2007. I am currently destashing - check out my listings for a variety of beautiful yarns!

All items come from a smoke-free, pet friendly home.  Though my animals do not have contact with my products or equipment to produce my products, I cannot guarantee a pet-free environment. Please consider this when choosing my products.

When bidding, please keep in mind that cleared payment for all items must be received within 7 days of the auction's close or use of the "Buy It Now" option.  Payment may be made via Paypal: cash funded, credit cards, etc.  Items not paid within 7 days are relisted and reported to ebay as Unpaid.  A note on returns: all items are final sale unless otherwise noted. However, buyer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you have a problem with an item, contact me as soon as possible to discuss return options.  

All items are shipped Priority Mail, Flat Rate.  I will happily combine shipping on multiple item purchases!
