My Return Policy
All Sales are FINAL. NO Refunds. Guarantee not to be DOA, unless
otherwise stated in auction. No guarantee on compatibility. DOA is defined as
follows: If drive or component cannot be recognized by any computer and cannot
be accessed the way it was shipped, Not after you work with it. In case of DOA,
the buyer must contact us within 24hrs from the receipt of the item. After
24hrs, we will not accept returns. Refund will be issued when the item is
returned and shipping cost is not refundable. Customers are responsible for
return shipping. If returned item is found to be in working condition, then 15%
of total will be withheld from refund to cover auction and other costs.
