I won an auction. What
should I do? First thing you need to do after you win an
item or buy is to checkout. But if you are thinking of adding multiple items
under one order # then please wait till all the items are won/purchased
and then proceed to checkout. back

How Do I
pay? If you are the winning bidder, you can do one of three things to
checkout.
Option
1: You may use the
<PAY NOW> button at the top of
the completed auction which will start the checkout process immediately.
(Important: If you are purchasing multiple items please do not
checkout until the last item has been purchased. See "Combined Shipping"
instructions below.)
Please Note: If you
use the Marketworks Checkout button within your auction immediately after the
close of the auction, you might be asked to wait for the transaction to be
processed. This could take 5 minutes or several hours depending on eBay traffic
and volume issues. Your invoice
will be available if you try again a little later.
Option 2: You can wait for your winning
bidder notice from jtini before you checkout through Marketworks. You can then
checkout through Marketworks within the winning bidder notice. The winning bidder notice is
sent to the email address you have on file with eBay.
Option 3: You can checkout through this
link
www.marketworks.com/pay.asp and
then choose eBay from the first drop down menu to indicate where you won the
auction item. You will then need your winning auction number. If you've won
multiple auctions from Jtini Outpost, just enter one of the numbers. Marketworks
will find the rest. Take this number and enter it in the second entry field.
Next fill in the final field with your email address that is registered with
eBay. Now click the GO button and follow the instructions.
All methods of payment are
handled in the checkout system. Please note: sending a payment outside of this
checkout system may delay your order by up to 48-72 hours.

Why use a 3rd party
checkout? We ship a
high volume of packages each week so we use a 3rd party checkout system.
For processing orders properly the system requires winners to
checkout using its clickout feature. This enables us to have all the required
information in one order and helps us process your orders faster and error

Is it secure to use your checkout
? Yes it is secure and easy. It also help you
as a buyer to track the status of your order. After you do the checkout you will
get an email that has the link to order status tracking back

Why Did My Payment NOT Go Through And/Or Why
Am I Getting Errors At Checkout?
1. If you
are buying an item via means of "Buy It Now":

If you use
the Marketworks Checkout button within your auction immediately after the close
of the auction, you might be asked to wait for the transaction to be processed.
This could take 5 minutes or several hours depending on eBay traffic and volume
issues.

Please wait
for the winning bidder email from jtini.

The email
from jtini will have a "Pay Here" link in the email and will allow you to
successfully complete checkout.

2. If you
receive an error message stating that you are using the incorrect item # or
transaction not found:

Please check
the eBay item # to ensure its accuracy.

Next check
to make sure you are using the correct email address. You must enter the email
address that you originally registered with on eBay.

In order to
figure out what email address you have registered with eBay simply click on your
"user name" at your "my eBay" page and enter the password and your email address
will appear. If this is still an issue after steps 1 and 2 please contact us at:
jtini@jm-direct.com. This is the fastest way to get assistance on this matter.

3. If you
are having trouble with the link provided in the winning bidder notice, please
go to www.marketworks.com/pay.asp and
follow the instructions. Make sure you are using the correct email address
originally registered with ebay. back

4. Also note
that, if paying by paypal your "my eBay" page may still reflect a "pay now"
button or say that you are unpaid even when you have your order number from
checkout. This is normal, do not worry about this as our marketworks checkout
page does NOT interact with eBay's "my eBay" page. If you wish you can verify
your order by logging into you Paypal account and double checking the
transaction. back

5. Another
reason you may be having difficulity checking out is your security settings may
be too high in your browser. You can set http://www.marketworks.com as a Trusted
site in your browser settings. Or you can set them lower just to checkout and
then return them to their original settings.
Note: Marketworks has scheduled weekly maintenance from 1:00 am ET to
approximately 4:00 am ET Saturday mornings and is not available during this

What if I do not pay ? or if I don't want the
item ? Bidding on eBay is a binding contract. Non
paying bidders will be notified to Ebay and that may even cost you're your Ebay
account. We will also give your details to our collection agencies. Your credit
report could also be affected back

What type of payments do you
accept? We accept
Visa / Master card thru PAYPAL (prefered method), Money orders, Cashiers &
Personal checks. Personal checks will delay shipment until the check has
cleared (7-10 business days). eChecks can take 3 to 5 days to be authorized.
Orders will be processed once PayPal has fully authorized the eCheck

If using Paypal please note:
1. PayPal allows credit card
transactions up to only $250 until your account is verified. After that, you can
charge more. The verification process usually takes 2 days. If you are bidding
on this item and your bid with shipping and tax will total over $250, you may
want to sign up for PayPal now to expedite your order. 2. PayPal
restricts purchases with American Express to $2,500 per buyer per month. Please
plan your purchases accordingly for quick authorization.
How long do I
have to pay for the auction? We do business in a timely manner and expect the winning
bidders to do the same. Winning bidders are expected to complete checkout thru
Marketworks. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close using any of
the payment methods listed above, with Paypal being preferred. After 10 days, if
no payment or response has been received, Homedakor is under no obligation
to oldthe item for you. At that time we have the right to sell the item to
another buyer, file non-paying bidder alert, file final value fee credit through Ebay and leave appropriate feedback for the transaction. back

Will you ship to an unconfirmed
Paypal shipping address? We would prefer that
all of our customers have Confirmed addresses with PayPal. However, we
understand that many people have unconfirmed addresses with PayPal and have had
very successful online transactions. So with this policy, we are covering
ourselves by reserving the right to cancel an order if the ship-to name differs
from the PayPal account name, and the address is not confirmed. Wee sure if
this applies to you, there is a perfectly good explanation, and it could be
cleared up with a quick email back

How often do you ship?
Orders
are usually processed within two days excluding weekends and holidays but may
take up to four days. You should expect to receive your order within
approximately 7 to 10 business days (of submitting your paypal payment. With
mail in payments the days are calculated from the day we receive your payment).

Is insurance covered in the
shipping and handling? Please note, in order to keep your shipping costs down,
insurance is NOT automatic. It is your choice whether or not to insure your
order, but be aware we cannot be
responsible for uninsured items if they are lost or damaged during

Will you
combine shipping on multiple purchases? Yes, to
save you more money we are happy to combine shipping for multiple auctions
whenever possible. This applies to auction(s), Ebay store and web store
purchases. Combined shipping charges are calculated automatically within our
checkout system, however multiple auction
wins must be paid for in ONE
payment using the checkout system.
Therefore, if you plan to purchase multiple items do not pay until
all of your auctions

How do you calculate
combined shipping charges? Combined Shipping charges for multiple purchases are calculated
by using the Item with the highest s/h fee as the base rate and the "additional
item" rate(s) (listed in the auction description) for each of the remaining

Do you ship FedEx or
UPS? Unfortunately, we do not ship via FedEx or UPS and we do
not have the ability to do customer pick-ups from our location. To ensure fast

How long does it take to
receive my item?
ou should expect to receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business
days (of submitting your paypal payment. With mail in payments the days are
calculated from the day we receive your payment). back

Do you provide
tracking numbers? We offer a
convenient way for you to know your Order status including payments that have
posted and shipping status. Simply visit www.homedakor.com and click on the tracking information
link in the middle of the top of the
page. You will need your email address and order number to access the

What is your Damage/Loss
Policy? We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent
damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged,
and insurance has been purchased please contact us with the
information.
In the event of loss, we consider a package lost if it has
not arrived within 3 weeks of the date it was shipped and at that time, a
replacement will be issued. A refund is made if the replacement item is not
available. If a package has been delivered to your home and is then damaged or
stolen AFTER delivery, Homedakor is not responsible for the loss. back

item due to circumstances beyond our control suddenly becomes unavailable. In
that case we will immediately notify you when we receive your order, and

your item(s) provided it is returned in the same condition as it was when it was
