Welcome to 5R Processors, Ltd. Ebay Home 5R Processors, Ltd. is a closed loop, EPA registered, complete recycler of retired, end-of-life and surplus computer/electronic equipment. Our Mission statement is to Reuse, Recover, Reclaim, Refurbish and Recycle within a closed loop. All our processes are done at our facilities, they are not brokered out. Our company was founded in 1988 using an abandoned cheese factory in Wisconsin. Since then, we have expanded to over 200,000 square feet of triage, sort, staging, testing, de-manufacturing and "end-of-life" processing space in four states. 5R is becoming a leader in the ever-changing global market of asset management and computer beneficial reuse and recycling services. |

Ebay is a growing part of our business - Our primary business is the environmentally friendly processing of computer/electronic equipment and the hazardous material they contain. We maintain membership in the International Association of Electronic Recyclers, The IEEE and are active members in the National Electronic Stewardship Association. 5R Processors, Ltd. can boast of two beneficial re-use certificates from the Environmental Protection Agency and a patent pending for a commodity produced from recycled material. We received an Honorable mention from the State of Wisconsin 1998 Governor Waste Reduction and Recycling Awards Program. During the last year, 2001, we were awarded the "Innovator of the Year Award" by the Tennessee Recycling Coalition, the "National Pollution Prevention Award" at a ceremony in New Mexico and finally the "White House Closing the Circle Award" from the office of President Bush. |

Our Customer Service Policy We are committed to your satisfaction. Our goal is to provide quality items. All items are backed by our Standard 5 Day non-DOA Warranty unless otherwise specified in the auction. Our facility is *not* a refurbishing center. We test things to the best of our ability, but do not always have the equipment to test items fully. Our warranty does not cover compatibility of products with your system, misuse, mishandling, or lack of technical expertise. Bidders are cautioned to remember that this is an auction and the bidder must bear the burden of ascertaining the suitability of the item for their purposes. Items sold "AS IS" have no warranty. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Only untested/partially tested items are sold "AS IS", and such items will have clear notations in the auction description. Warranty begins the day UPS reports the item as delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to notify 5R of any problems within the warranty period in order to qualify for an exchange. We will work with you to resolve the problem and/or arrange for an exchange of the item. If an exchange is unavailable, your bid price will be refunded to you via Paypal. Handling fees are not refundable. Items must be returned prior to exchange or refund. 5R is not responsible for return shipping. 5R is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4pm EST. Most emails are answered the same day or next day, with the exception of weekends. We return feedback for all customers having already left us feedback.
