I do not leave negative feedback unless it's a last resort because I feel working out differences is more important than ruining someone's reputation. I have a 100% feedback rating and will work with you to resolve any problems and unless something is grossly misrepresented, I do not accept returns. Shipping:

All digital items are shipped free via email after payment is received, usually within 24-48 hours. If the digital item is available on CD then normal shipping costs will occur, which is listed on the actual acution. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
All physical goods will be shipped via USPS Mail as listed on the auction and within 3 business days after payment is received.
