Our knowledgeable staff can help guide you in selecting just the right products to meet your needs. Customer service and satisfaction are our top priority! The Shutterbug offers film processing to many local customers, as well as new digital services, including Picture CD's, calenders, posters, photo books greeting cards and more. Many customers rely on The Shutterbug as their source for quality products and exceptional service. We are an authorized dealer for many camera brands, including: Canon, Nikon, Sony, Leica, Panasonic, Olympus, and Pentax. SHIPPING POLICIES The Shutterbug charges winning bidders for the actual shipping charges. We primarily use US Postal Service on most items, and UPS for larger items of substantial value and/or weight. Hard goods will require signature confirmation so that packages with value are not left on the buyer's doorstep. Insurance is automatically added for items valued at more than $200. Additional shipping services with USPS or UPS is available on buyer's request (additional charges may apply). We only ship within the continental U.S.! With acception to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada (Express Shipping Service Only; Additional Charges Apply). Credit Card Payments (U.S. accounts only): For security purpose, we can only ship to the address associated with the billing address of your credit card. Street address information, zip code, card number, expiration date and CVV2 code is required. PayPal Payments: YOUR "SHIP TO" ADDRESS MUST MATCH YOUR VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS! Due to security reasons, we do not ship to unconfirmed PayPal address status. To add or update your address information, simply call PayPal at 1-866-837-1863. PAYMENT POLICIES We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover; via our verified phone purchasing service toll free at 1-800-260-1262. Money orders or cashier's checks will have to be cleared through our account before any shipment is made. We DO NOT accept the following: personal checks, BillPoint, or other similar payment methods. Payment(s) MUST be received within 5 days of the close of auction. If the payment is not received within this time frame, you will receive either a direct reminder, or a non-paying bidder alert from eBay, or possibly both. Further action will be taken as necessary. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES When placing a bid, you are making an agreement with us to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. We make every effort to provide an accurate description to inform bidders what they are bidding on. Return Policy You may return* merchandise purchased from The Shutterbug for a refund up to 7 days from receipt, or a replacement* up to 30 days from receipt, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RA). An RA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the ship date; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. All returned merchandise must be in original factory box and factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrapping, etc.), peripherals (battery, charger, cords, straps etc.), including warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed. Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number, serial number or UPC/serial number sticker will automatically void your return. Products that are returned to The Shutterbug with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused and returned. Refunds A restocking fee of 15 percent may apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different merchandise, this restocking fee may be waved as long as the product being exchanged is in the same exact condition as received, e.g. New or unopened condition. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge. Exchanges If you purchased a product from The Shutterbug that you request to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We will apply a refund credit to your new purchase. Defective Items An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced* with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however a 15 percent restocking fee may apply. The processing fee will only be applied if you choose to return the item for a refund. We will certainly replace* an item that was defective prior to receipt, without restocking fee. Damaged Items All packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. Return Shipping Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is precessed in a timely manner. Replacement We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving and inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item, and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product, upon completion of our return process.
