The Smiling Goat Primitives
My name is Kim Bour otherwise known as the Smiling Goat. I am a mother of wonderful 6 yr. daughter Taylor and a wife to my husband Doug. We live on a 11 acre mini farm in North Carolina with our 5 feline friends a Australian shepard named Gunner, and a quarter pony by the name of Ricky.
  
I am originally from Ohio where I grew up with all things primitive and Folkart. My Mother introduced me, as a youngster ,to anything and everything Old. I am a painter by heart but I also love to create dolls, hooked rugs, stitcheries,fraktur, and many other old time arts.With the spare time that I manage to have I enjoy riding and showing paint horses.
   
I started sellling on E-bay several yrs. ago and have met some of the most talented people.I also have a web-site that also carries my patterns.What inspires me the most is the simple things in life, like a drive thru an historic town, antiquing, and of course going to the local quilt shop and buying fabric!! I want to thank everyone for all of your kind words and support especially the gals of PFATT. I am very blessed to be able to do what I do and meet the people that I have met.
