Payment Terms & Conditions:
Unless payment or checkout was submitted immediately upon auction’s close, winning bidders are expected to contact me within 3 days of the auction’s close to let me know how and when they intend on submitting payment. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction’s close using any of the payment methods listed below. PayPal is preferred. After 10 days, if no payment or response has been received, I am under no obligation to “hold” the item for you. At that time I reserve the right to sell the item to another buyer, file non-paying bidder alert, file final value fee credit through eBay and leave appropriate feedback.

Payment Methods:
I accept PayPal as my preferred method of payment will also accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks. Personal checks will delay shipment until the check has cleared (7-10 business days). Please use the “Pay Now” button on your “my eBay ” page or on the listing after the auction closes to access checkout. After purchasing on eBay you may pay instantly with your credit card through PayPal. PayPal orders will be processed once PayPal has fully authorized the payment.

PayPal:
I prefer that all customers have Confirmed addresses with PayPal. However, I understand that some people have Unconfirmed addresses with PayPal and have had successful online transactions. I reserve the right to cancel an order if the ship-to name differs from the PayPal account name, and the address is not confirmed. This can be cleared up with an advance email.

Combining Purchases:
You can combine shipping and payment for most multiple purchases. I ask that all combined purchases are made within 72 hours of each other unless you notify me in advance.

Shipping:
All items usually ship out with 24-48 hours of received payment (Monday-Friday) so you can be assured of prompt delivery. If you are going to be out of town during a time when your package is scheduled to be shipped, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I will be happy to hold the shipment until you are prepared to receive it.

Orders will ordinarily be shipped UPS Ground with a tracking number. Once your item ships you will receive an automated email from UPS with the tracking number. All items will be shipped to winning bidders; I do not have the ability to do customer pick-ups.

Damage/Loss Policy:
Please note, in order to keep your shipping costs down, insurance is NOT automatic. It is your choice whether or not to insure your order, but be aware I cannot be responsible for uninsured items if they are lost or damaged during shipping.

I take extra precautions to pack orders to prevent damage and breakage. If your order does arrive damaged, and insurance has been purchased, you must email me within 72 hours so that the claims process may be started through UPS.

In the event of loss, I consider a package lost if it has not arrived within 4 weeks of the date it was shipped and at that time, a replacement will be issued. A refund is made if the replacement item is not available. If a package has been delivered to your home and is then damaged or stolen AFTER delivery, I am not responsible for the loss.

Feedback:
I always leave appropriate (positive, neutral or negative) feedback for all transactions depending on how the transaction works out. I take feedback very seriously and will try to work out all problems via email before giving a neutral or negative feedback.
