needed, but all auctions should be paid within 7 days. To qualify for
combined shipping, you will need to bid / buy it now and win all the
items you would like. They will then be combined into one order, and any
shipping discount will be calculated. Once you checkout/send payment, we
can no longer combine any items for a shipping discount.
If you bid and win an item, please complete the transaction. Be sure
you are familiar with the information on this page, and all of your

In the event you have and questions/concerns after winning an item... Please

| Here are The Sport Haus, we realize that at times you may need to return
or exchange an item for one reason. So we offer several
solutions below that will help you do just that on most
items. We also do not restrain you to 30 days as most
companies do. As long as your items meets the guidelines
below, you can return/exchange your item anytime...
Whether it has been 30, 60, 90 days or more! But your
item will need to qualify using the guidelines below. If
you are unsure, just give us a call!
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for merchandise purchased
at the "Buy It Now Price". Because some of our
items are occasionally sold on auction with a starting
price lower than the BIN price, we do not accept
exchanges on those items. However, you may still be able
to return
the item for a refund
(See Below). You can then purchase the item
you would like either on Auction or through our eBay
store. We do this because we generally auction items
that are low quantity, extremely high quantity, or an
item meets other particular criteria. We are only
willing to sell that exact item/size at that exact time
for that price. All auctions are a
"One-Time-Only" offer. Prices, Quantities,
Sizes, and Models cannot be adjusted unless approved by
Bargain Sports. We reserve the right to deny any
exchange. However, you may still be able to return the
item for a refund of the item price. If you have any
questions about sizing, size options, condition,
returns, or exchanges, please contact us prior to
bidding.
Returns:
The Sport Haus will allow
you to return just about any item that you
are not completely satisfied with. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your "new item"
purchase, please call 888-271-7500 M-F 9am-6pm EST for
assistance as long as the
product has not been used, and is in its original
"new" condition. All
returns are for exchange or credit via the original
method of payment. Most credits will be processed with
in 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) upon
receipt. Credits are the original purchase price less
original shipping and in some rare cases a restocking
fee. All packages refused by the customers will be
charged the return shipping charges. Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges, international
duties/taxes/brokerage fees to and from Bargain
Sports.
In the event of an error on our behalf we
will issue a pre-paid return label via-email for return
shipment.
"New - In Box" Items:
You can return any New Boxed item anytime for a refund
of the purchase price less shipping. You can also
exchange any New Boxed item as long as the above
requirements are met. If the item was an auction that
was below the Buy It Now price, you will be charged the
difference before we can exchange the item. You can find
the Buy It Now Price by looking for the "Sports Haus Item#: xxxxxx" on your auction page. This
should be on all auction pages on the left below the box
with our store categories. You can then search in the
search box within our listing or our store for the item
number i.e If the item number is "Sport Haus
Item#: 12345", You can search in titles and
description for "12345". There should be a
store listing for most items. This will have a Buy It
Now Price. If you need to exchange the item, you will be
charged the difference between your original purchase
price and the Buy It Now Price in the Store. So if you
bought the item for $20 on auction and the Buy It Now
price is $30 in the store, you will need to send us $10
before we can process your exchange. The easiest way to
do this is to include a Certified Money Order with your
return. You are responsible
for shipping to send any item back to us, and then from
us to you. So please be sure you are buying the correct
size. Read our Sizing guides if you have any sizing
questions BEFORE you bid. The best way is to
just return the item you do not want, and then just
place another separate order for the item you do want.
"New - Out of Box" Items: New Un-Boxed items are stated
to be "Out of Box". All returns are reviewed
on a case by case basis. We generally do not allow
returns or exchanges on items that we have sold and
shipped as "Out of Box" items, but
occasionally we may make exceptions. This does not mean
that you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you
have any questions or concerns about your item, you must
contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. You will
be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please
call for a Return Authorization before sending any items
to us. Returns/Exchanges will be reviewed on a case by
case basis. Please have your "New - Out of Box" items
inspected within 7 days of reception. After that time,
we will not be able to provide any corrections or
assistance in most cases.
"Used/Demo" and Other Items: Used / Demo items are
stated "Used" and/or "/Demo". All
returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. We
generally do not allow returns or exchanges on items
that we have sold and shipped as "Used/Demo"
items, but occasionally we may make exceptions. This
does not mean that you are entitled to a return or
exchange. If you have any questions or concerns about
your item, you must contact us within 3 days of
receiving your item. You will be responsible for shipping the item
back to us. Please call for a Return Authorization
before sending any items to us. Returns/Exchanges will
be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please have your
"Used/Demo - Out of Box" items inspected within 7 days
of reception. After that time, we will not be able to
provide any corrections or assistance in most cases.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. DO
NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE
COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR ORDER.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S
PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A
RE-STOCKING FEE OF $25 PER ITEM. All items must be
returned in the shipping box they arrived in. We do not
accept returns on used products, special orders, or
customized merchandise. DO NOT SHARPEN ANY ICE SKATE.
SHARPENED SKATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT OR
EXCHANGE.
To return items please follow these steps:
- Call us to for a
Return Authorization.
- Please put the item
back in its original package, and include the copy
of the packing slip for reference. For the
protection of our customers we do not file any
credit card numbers, so be sure to include a copy of
your original order to ensure a timely refund.
- All returned items
will require a Return Authorization Number. Please
CALL US FOR ANY RETURNS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN RA
NUMBER. We can be reached at 888-271-7500, Monday -
Friday, 9-6 EST. To ensure that all returns are
processed correctly we will not accept returns that
do not have a visible Return Authorization Number.

The Sport Haus ships via UPS for most
locations within the lower 48 United States.
Our shipping charges are based on the shipping
method you select at checkout as well as the items in your shopping
cart. While most items can be upgraded to expedited delivery, some items
must be delivered via Ground Shipping and cannot be upgraded. Your total
shipping charge should automatically compute during checkout prior to
the completion of your order. If the cost of shipment to your location
exceeds the amount collected, you will be responsible for the additional
shipping. In this event, we will contact you prior to shipping your
order.
ALASKA, HAWAII, PO BOXES, AND
MILITARY ADDRESSES
All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Military address
are shipped via US Postal service and should arrive in approximately
7-12 business days after leaving our warehouse.
SALES TAX
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders
shipped to addresses in the state of Michigan. 6% sales tax applies to
all Michigan residents. There are no taxes charged on orders being
shipped outside of Michigan.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders leave our warehouse in
one to five business days. In some occasions,
orders may take more than 5 business days to ship. If your items are readily available, we may be
able to ship them within 1-3 days of receiving your payment. Other
orders will require more time. Generally, we try to keep you updated as
to the order status if your order will take longer, especially if we
will need more than 3-5 business days. Orders are built
each business day at 4:00pm EST. If your payment is received before 4:00pm EST., the next business day will be your first processing
day. We are open M-F 9am-6pm EST. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and
Holidays. UPS does not deliver/transit items on weekends or holidays. If
you choose UPS 2nd Day Air, it will be delivered on the 2nd full
business day.

reviewed prior to listing, if we miss something with
regards to the quality, description, or availability, we

information. We will gladly refund any payments made as soon as possible

Here at The Sport Haus, we
try very hard to offer the highest quality sporting
equipment at the best possible prices. Your continued
support allows us to purchase equipment in such large
quantities that we can offer the lowest possible prices.
To ensure this, we check our competitors regularly and
if we find a lower price (on the exact same in-stock
item) we will lower our price to match or beat our competitors.
Occasionally, a lower price will slip past us...in these
few cases we may be able to offer a price match. At
times we can also give you a price match and and
additional 10% off. Please note we only compare the out
the door price advertised by the competitor. Sometimes other companies charge much
more for shipping and lower the purchase price of the
item to make it more appealing. If we verify the
out-the-door price, we will adjust our item's price to
be 10% less than the competitor's price! This means
actual savings, not 10% of the difference like you see
at some other stores. All Price matches and reductions
must be approved prior to bidding or
purchasing.

Out-the-Door advertised prices only. Some competitors with

A: Here at
BargainSports we understand that it may be difficult to
decide which size to buy. That is why we added the coach
to all the following type of auctions. You can click

view the sizing information. This will give you instant

Q:
I am upset, confused, disappointed, unaware, lost,
sorry, or just not sure how to feel!
A: We understand
that sometimes things don't always go as planned. That
is why we are here to help.
Whether the item you won isn't available... You think
the shipping amount is too much... You accidentally
placed a bid... Forgot to pay us in time... Haven't
received any replies from us... Or you are just having a
bad day. We are willing to work with you IF
you are willing to work with us. We are human as are
you. We make mistakes as do you. Let us know what the
problem is, we will try to come up with a solution that
works for BOTH of us!
Q:
I bid on an item, but now I see one for less and would
rather have that one!
Q: I bid on an item, but I
really need a different Size. Can I switch it?
A: Unfortunately
placing your bid is your agreement to pay for that item.
If we switch your item, then it is unfair to all of the
other bidders that accepted there price they stated when
bidding. This also undermines the entire eBay auction
and bidding...
A: Yes and No. You
can only switch the size on Buy It Now auctions, as our
bidding auctions are priced for specific sizes. You can
only switch the size after you have paid and your order
has hit our system. This is generally 12-36 hours (M-F)
after payment is received. You cannot switch the size
for a bidding auction. Sometimes we will ask you to bid
on the item you want because it is much easier for us to
process. Please do not bid on a Size 6.0 and ask to
switch your order to a 13.0. If you realize that
you need a different size before you submit your
payment... Say you win a 6.0... But you really need a
7.0, or a 5.0, find an auction for that size and bid/win
that item. After you submit your payment for the correct
item, ask us to cancel the first order. This is the way
we prefer to switch sizes as it follows eBay rules, and
should help us to avoid shipping errors.
Q:
I am having problems bidding, checking out, or
submitting a payment. What should I do?
A: If you experience
any problems, call us or email
us as soon as possible. We are ready to assist
you. If you know your total, just send it through
Paypal! We will do the rest! You may want to follow-up
with us after to be sure we see it!
Q:
I was told that the item I bid on and won is
unavailable. What should I do?
A: At times items
may become sold out overnight, on weekends, holidays, or
during busy time. Please note that all auctions state
this policy, and by bidding you have agreed that the
item may be unavailable. However, we are more than happy
to recommend similar items that you can substitute for
your order. You may also cancel your order and request a
refund which will be processed as soon as possible. If
you wish to substitute your order for an higher or lower
cost item, you may be responsible for the upgrade, or we
will refund the difference for the downgrade. Contact
us for more details.
Q:
What will happen after I place my bid?
A: After you place
your bid, you will receive an email from us with a
summary of your purchase and a link to checkout. You can
follow that link to pay for your item(s). After you pay
for your item(s), you should receive an order
confirmation from us within 24-48 hours. If there are
any problems or your order is delayed, you should
receive updates every 24-48 hours. If all is well you
will receive a confirmation of shipment at around 7pm
EST on the day we package your order. The shipment
confirmation email will also have a tracking number for
UPS orders. Your order will then be picked up by UPS or
taken to the USPS on the next pickup/delivery time. It
may be the same day or the next depending on the time of
packaging. USPS orders may take a few additional days to
process (usually APO, FPO, PO are shipped USPS).

I don't see my size. Do you have something in my size?

A: If you do not see
anything in in your size you may search our Sister

Store using the model of the item as a keyword.
Sometimes the sizes are listed in the title, so you
could search for a model name and a size or just one of
the fore mentioned. i.e. "Rollerblade" ,
"Lightning 05" , "Lightning 05 10.0"
, or "10.0". If you still aren't finding what
you are looking for, take a look in our eBay
Store to search in more detail. There you can search for
items in your size or by your favorite manufacturer.
Q:
I found the
same item you have for cheaper somewhere else. Will you
match or beat that price?
A: We strive to
offer the best in sporting goods at the best price. At
times another store may lower their price for the item
or their shipping. Often we can match the item price an
sometimes beat it by 10%. So if you see it for less,
check with us first. Please note that we cannot match or
beat any and every advertised priced that is lower than
us. Please read our Low
Price Guarantee prior to asking for a price
reduction.
