--- Contacting us:
DO NOT SEND EMAILS VIA THE eBay ASK SELLER A QUESTION/EMAIL SELLER BUTTON, THEY WILL NOT BE ANSWRED, Please see auction T&C's or emails we have sent you for contact details.
--- Have paid, but received email asking for payment
Payment reminder emails are sent automatically because your payment hasn’t been registered on eBay, possible reasons: Payment has not been received, Payment has been sent in wrong currency (We only accept GBP £’s), Wrong payment method has been sent (We ONLY accept Pay Pal, Cash & Uncrossed Postal Orders), You have sent a Pay Pal e-cheque – which takes time to clear.
--- Received email saying you have a unconfirmed address in Pay Pal
Another reason we may not have your payment is because it has been refunded due to you having a unconfirmed address in Pay Pal. If this is the case do NOT re-pay through Pay Pal unless you have got your address confirmed. Unless we receive payment via a different method a unpaid item dispute will automatically be opened, stating the reason for it is due to your having a unconfirmed address.
--- Dispatch:
Fast Dispatch (NOT DELIVERY) – All items are sent the same day when payment is made before 1.00pm GMT. Delivery times are subject to the courier, i.e. Royal Mail, although most UK items do arrive within 1-3 days it’s NOT guaranteed.
--- Not received all my items
Simple contact us via the relevant method, (we may require photo proof).
--- Received wrong items
Will be a simple packing mistake - Simple return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt to the address shown in the auction T&C’s with an explanation of the problem and your contact/auction details. You do NOT need to contact us.
--- Non Receipt:
The majority of items are sent via recorded mail. Proof of postage is obtained for all items sent. Non receipt an item should only be reported after 10 days for UK customers or after 20 days for Non UK customers, with the exception of Italy – Non receipt should NOT be reported until after 30 days. Once we confirm with courier that the claim is valid we will send out a replacement (may be subject to customer filling out a declaration form).
Return / Refund Policy
Only items with manufacturers faults, items not as described or items received in error are eligible for return. Items returned that do not meet the above criteria and have not been returned in the condition they were sent in will not be accepted, i.e. parts that have been ajusted or damaged on installation. If items are returned that do not meet our returns criteria: We will contact you to ask you to pay postage to have the items sent back to you (at the rate that was specified). Additional postage must be paid to have the non faulty items returned.

Anyone who leaves NEGATIVE feedback without contacting us using the relevant method to resolve the issue will NOT get there problem dealt with. If you have not received positive feedback and have left it for us, it will be a system error and you should contact us via the relevant method.
