exchanges. All auctions are final, so please be responsible for the item you choose. Thus, if you have a question or are unclear about the product,
please ask BEFORE you bid and we will gladly help you. We guarantee a 100% full refund if the item is not as described. We rarely make mistakes, but when we do, we will fix it immediately. Payment is due within 10 days of winning the item. If payment does not arrive after 12 days, the item is subject to relisting and we will be forced to file a non-paying bidder form with eBay. Our standard international s/h fee is $16.95 for the first auction and $2.00 for each additional auction. This covers air mail postage which is not tracked or insured. We are not responsible for delayed or lost international packages. Global Express Mail is both tracked and insured, but the postage is $26.95 for the first and $1.00 for each additional. We will gladly ship your package by whichever postage class you choose. Please observe these policies so we can continue to trade with our international friends. If this becomes a problem, we will be forced to discontinue service out of the US. Thank you!

We provide Fast & Discreet Shipping. We will gladly combine shipping to reduce your cost if you follow this one simple rule.... Payment for all auctions won must be submitted together in one lump sum (no separate payments). Please do no submit seperate payments as we have to pay fees on every payment which increases our costs. See below for information on figuring your total due, and do submit payment in one lump sum. To all US addresses, we use USPS Priority mail with confirmation of delivery or FedEx at our discretion.

Payments received for 2nd Day and Overnight Shipping after 11:00 am PST Monday through Thursday are processed the following business day. All 2nd Day. All 2nd Day and Overnight shipping payments recieved after 11:00 am PST on Friday are processed the next Monday, unless Monday is a Holiday. Overnight shipping on Friday is delivered on Monday. INSURANCE:
For $1.50 per package, we offer optional private insurance through our parent company, JLK and Associates, for packages shipped within the US.
We find it is more expeditious for our customers to handle the insurance privately as opposed to the slow, paperwork- intensive insurance offered
by the Post Office. Proof of delivery waives our liability. Thank you.
