resorts, I became frustrated with the sales policies
(I think the offer that is made to you today should
be good tomorrow) and lack of truthful
information that was available to consumers
about this
life changing product; I became determined to
find a better way to share the joy of vacation
ownership with others.
In my humble
opinion, Timeshare is a GREAT way to vacation.
The resorts are nicer than a regular hotel, in
the best locations, and the rooms are always bigger
than the suites my family used to get before we
had timeshare.

You never have to worry about the fact that hotel
rates are still going up every year due to inflation.
Just think about how much you took that trip for
5 years ago and how much that same trip would

Let's take Las Vegas for example. Las Vegas has
become the #1 travel destination in the world
boasting more than 50 million tourists in 2006.
A vacation destination that became famous for
it's inexpensive getaways, rooms on "The
World famous Las Vegas Strip" now average
$200+ a night @ 98% occupancy! Think about this
for a second; 50 million visitors a year to a
city that has less than 120,000 hotel rooms. The
Casino's and hotels can't build enough rooms,
and the rooms that are being built now will average
in the $300 - $400+ a night range.
Timeshare
is not right for everyone. In fact, it may or
may not be for you.
What I can
tell you is that timeshare ownership has been
a wonderful experience in both my friends and
family's lives. We would have never been able
to go to many of the places we have now travel
to through our vacation ownership programs. The
key is getting the right vacation ownership program
for your particular vacationing style. There have
been many changes in timeshare vacation ownership
and the various exchange programs over the years;
we will gladly help you understand which one is
right for you. Someone that wants to go to the
same resort every single year should probably
get a different program than someone who wants
to travel to a different resort and destination
every year.
