Here at The Window Shopper, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. Our highly trained staff is here to make sure you are happy with your purchase, each and every time. We want you to walk away from every sale completely satisfied, and want you to keep coming back. This is why we have gathered the top people from around the country to form our staff. Recently we have grown in size and have had to add some extra help. Lets meet some of the staff now. Shipping This is Jack the Shipper. Jack is in charge of our shipping department. He handles the packaging and distribution of every one of your purchases. It is up to him to be accountable for 100% of everything in the warehouse. When Jack is not working, he likes to watch movies. Some of his favorite movies are Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Accounting Now I would like to introduce Alyson the Accountant. Alyson is in charge of the financials of The Window Shopper. It is up to her to make sure all of the money is flowing smoothly. Now some say putting an eight year old in charge of our financials is crazy, but as long no multiplication or division is involved, she is the best girl for the job. As you can see in the picture, she has just solved her latest math problem, 4 + 4 = Kitty. When not crunching numbers, Alyson enjoys ice skating, her Brownie troop, and reading Curious George. If you would like Alyson to do your taxes, please let me know and I will try to get your name onto the list. Fashion Now I would like to introduce our fashion department, Kassi and Brianna. Kassi and Brianna are charged with finding the next hot design before it hits the runaway. Whether it is in Paris or Milan, Hong Kong or Hollywood, you can bet that our crack fashion staff will be the first to know. When not keeping up to date on all of the current fashions, Brianna and Kassi enjoy reading books. Some of their favorites are Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Customer Service What company would be complete without a friendly customer service department? This is Kaiti and she is just waiting to take your phone call. While very good at answering the phone, she would rather talk to you about her animals than any business you might have. She is so cute, how can you say no? While not answering phones, Kaiti likes to watch Disney movies. Some of her favorite Disney movies are Cinderella, Snow White, and Sleeping Beauty. Quality Control And finally I would like to introduce you to Korri and Ashley. Korri and Ashley are in charge of quality control here at The Window Shopper. They make sure that all items we receive are genuine Vera Bradley bags, though often times during inspections they tend to fall asleep or wander off to play. While not inspecting bags, Korri likes too... well, she doesn't do much but sleep. Ashley, however, has many games she enjoys playing. These include Peek-A-Boo, "Mommy's Gonna Get You", and "Where's Your (Belly) Button?" Staff Meetings Every morning before school, we have a staff meeting. In these meetings we go over the numbers from the previous day as well as projections for the rest of the week. Today we were lucky enough to have some of the "Big Wigs" from corporate. Going around the table from the left; Koryn, Director of Sales, Katie, President of Marketing, Brianna from Fashion, Ashley from Quality Control, Jack the Shipper, Alyson the Accountant, Kaiti from Customer Service, and Kassi from Fashion on her pink laptop. Unfortunately Korri was taking her second morning nap during this meeting. At Work Though we always try to stay ahead of our workload, sometimes we fall behind and get buried in our work, literally. This is also a technique we like to use when we need to find new products. Through the power of osmosis, we will discover the next big craze before anyone else. Though this technique has proven less than effective, we are confident that it will work one day. Thank you for taking the time to find out a little about our staff.
