About Us

ThingsForYourBaby - We used to be known by eBay UserID Redleader05 and as the eBayStore Webposter-Auctions. We have decided to bring our customers the very best products in one specific area, the very best products for babies and parents.

We are a family owned business with children of our own and have first hand experience of what new parents need and want. We also have a brick and mortar store where we stock thousands of high end and trendy items for babies and parents. We strive to provide not only great deals on things for your baby, but the best. We carry all brand new products and may occasionally list gently used items that have met our strict criteria because we know you only want the best for your little one.

Any item that is not new will be clearly stated in our auctions. We stand by the products we sell and while we may not always have the cheapest prices, we pride ourselves on customer service both within the United States and to hundreds of countries internationally. If you ever have a question about a product we carry or something we do not currently have available, please ask, We will be more than happy to personally answer your questions.

Payment

All buyers are required to contact us within 48 hours of buying an item from our storeor listings. All payments are due within 7 days.

Wer support several payment methods including certified check and money order, however our preferred payment method is PayPal. We require all checks to clear our bank prior to shipping items.

Shipping

Payments are due within 7 days of the purchase and shipping will not occur until all payments are received. All items will ship within 5 business days of payment clearing unless otherwise noted in the auction.

We offer a variety of shipping options for you during checkout. The options made available to you will depend on your shipping address, and are explained in each auction description.

We generally make use of USPS, FedEx and UPS. However, there are postal restrictions within certain countries. These restrictions prohibit using the postal service for items that measure over 79"(Length+Girth). Some countries have exceptions.

Countries that have a shipping size restriction may receive products via UPS, however please ask for a quote prior to bidding or purchasing an item.

SHIPPING / HANDLING RATES:
You can find an item's specific shipping options and rates by viewing the information under shipping terms on that item's auction or Buy It Now listing. We use actually shipping costs and do not inflate shipping rates. Handles fees may be added to listings if they require custom packing. This additional fee is very small and noted within the listing.

US Shipping Terms:
We make every effort to ship products as quickly as possible after payment has been received and cleared. In many instances shipping takes place within 48 hours.

Combined Shipping:
We do offer combined shipping to customers that purchase more than one item. Items should be purchased together and should be paid for within a single payment. If you checkout without requesting combined shipment or pay for items individually, the will be shipped separately. We cannot combine shipping after payment has been made.

International Shipping:
We offer International Shipping on most of our items to a large number of countries. Please check the details within the listing for International shipping options. All International packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs, broker or other fees required for shipping. We will not alter the customs forms to display lesser values.

We will not mark items as gifts. Please do not ask, we will not make exceptions.

All customers are responsible for paying the duties and taxes as required by the customs service of their country. The price paid for our product does not include these taxes and we will not pay them. We will not accept refunds because customers have not planned for paying customs taxes.

Returns

We do our best to accommodate our customers when issues arise. We offer a 14 day return policy on defective items that were sold as NEW. Please note any details within the listing for exceptions.

All returns must have an RMA number. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your item.

Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers?
A: We believe in the eBay feedback system. While we do process several transactions each day, we try to personally provide feedback for each customer after the transaction has been completed. We encourage our customers to leave feedback as well and to share their experience.

We strive to provide 5 star service. If you cannot give us a score of 5 within each of the ratings area please let us know why and how we can improve the buyers experience for your and our other customers.

Q: How can I return a product? Do I need an RMA #?
A: Our return policy is clearly stated in each auction and within the general information section. If for any reason you need to return a product, you must obtain an RMA number from our sales team. S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Q: How long can I wait to pay for my item?
A: We ask that all customers contact us within 48 hours to arrange shipping and payment information. All payments must be received within 7 days of auction end. On the 8th day, we must cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. Please do not bid on auctions in which you do not intend to pay.

Q: Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
A: If you win one item and complete our checkout immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased or won. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased using the same online ID (ie. ebay user ID) will automatically be consolidated into one checkout "cart" and will apply the combined shipping discount to your order total. Once a checkout has been completed, all subsequent transactions will be added to a new checkout "cart". If you use multiple online ID's, there is no way for us to combine those checkout items. Please remember that you still only have 7 days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise all items in your checkout will be canceled, re-posted for sale, and will be submitted as a dispute.

Q: Can I buy this item instead of bidding on it?
A: In most cases we offer the same items in our store as in our listings. Exceptions are for one of a kind or limited quantity items. We offer a Buy It Now option on our auctions. The Buy It Now button is removed after an item has received a bid.

Q: How much is shipping for this item?
A: Shipping and handling rates are dependent upon the type of product as well as the shipping method. Flat rate shipping fees are offered for most items unless noted in the auction.

Q: Can I just pick up my item to avoid shipping fees?
A: Buyers can schedule a local pickup. We require at least 48 hours notice for pickup. A $5.00 handling charge is required for local pickup..

Q: Can I bid if I live outside of the U.S.?
A: All auctions that are available for International purchase will be noted in the auction description. All international bidders are responsible for payment of any customs, broker or other fees required for shipping Internationally. We do not accept personal checks from International bidders.
