THINGZLIMITED POLICIES & BIDDER INFORMATION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! These are our general policies unless explicitly stated otherwise in an auction listing, which supersedes this policy statement. Any winning bid will be considered a binding agreement by the high bidder to accept all conditions and terms in this policy statement.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
1. All items are sold as is. No “buyer's remorse,” all sales are final - we only accept returns if the item is significantly not as described or, in the case of autographed or "game-used" items, for questions of authenticity. In these cases, we will be happy to issue a full refund. In the case of autographed or "game-used" items, we require the returned item to be accompanied by a "rejection" letter or affidavit from a reputable and recognized authenticator, stating that the item has not passed physical examination and inspection: "Quick Opinions" and "cannot determine" letters are not accepted. We cannot and will not process a refund without this written affirmation. Reputable and recognized authenticators include but are not limited to James Spence Authentication (JSA), Professional Autograph Authentication Services (PAAS), Sports Collectors Digest Authentic (SCD), Steiner Sports Memorabilia (Steiner) and Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA). Letters from all other authenticators, including PSA/DNA and Global Authentication (GAI), will be accepted at our discretion only as we do not consider PSA/DNA or GAI authoritative in every case.
2. Item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, we cannot issue a refund if the buyer has damaged or further used the item. Any other remuneration is solely at our discretion. Please be sure before you bid! Please note that if an item already comes with a letter or certificate from a reputable and recognized authenticator, there will be no refunds for any reason whatsoever.
3. If we list an autograph that we describe as "possible secretarial," "clubhouse," "cannot determine that it is 100% genuine" and / or the like, then we are selling it as such and it is therefore not refundable for any reason, nor is it subject to our refund and / or authentication policies as stated above. Again, please bid accordingly!
4. Any refunds issued will be for the full winning bid amount and will not be inclusive of
the shipping charge. Authentication fees will not be refunded.
5. In the case of a refund, we will notify eBay once the process is complete so that we
may recover our fees. At such time the buyer will receive an email from eBay attesting to
the facts; this is not a negative reflection on either buyer or seller, just standard
procedure for fee recovery.

2. Payment must be received within 10 days of the auction close or we reserve the right to
relist the item. If this is not possible, please contact us beforehand and we will be
happy to work something out. Please include the item number with your payment to avoid delays in processing.
3. We accept paypal only.
4. We send an email which includes all the pertinent payment information to the high
bidder once an auction has closed.
SHIPPING
1. We do not make extra money on shipping - the shipping charges stated for any particular
lot reflect the cost of postage, materials, and the services of outside shippers. Shipping
charges are therefore not negotiable.
2. We ship worldwide unless explicitly stated otherwise in the auction listing. The buyer
is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, fees and other import charges incurred for
items shipped outside the USA.
3. Shipping charges for single and multiple items are clearly stated in the auction
listing. We will be happy to combine shipping on multiple wins for a lower overall
shipping charge when possible, however, in rare instances multiple items such as a
baseball and a photo cannot be shipped in the same box so the shipping charges cannot be
combined.
4. We only ship to paypal verified addresses. We make every attempt to have items shipped out as soon as possible; generally within
2-3 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please check to see if your payment has cleared before contacting us about the shipping status of your item.
SALES TAX (New York residents only)
1. NY State law requires us, as a corporation in the State of New York, to collect sales
tax on the total sale amount (including the shipping charge) for any item shipped within
the State of New York. Please do not ask us to break the law - we will not do so under any
circumstances! Any seller located in the State of New York who does not collect sales tax
or advises you that it is not required, is in violation of the law!
2. If you are located in the State of New York, please notify us of your full and exact
shipping address before you send payment. The sales tax rate varies by county
or other locality (not by zip code) and we need to calculate the correct amount. If we
receive your payment and the sales tax is not included, we will hold the item and notify
you to remit the remainder due.
3. If you are a dealer, reseller or non-profit organization registered in the State of New
York and thus exempt from sales tax, please include a copy of your resale certificate or
tax exempt letter with your payment. We must have a copy of the document itself, not just
the number, or we cannot process your payment.
COAs AND AUTHENTICATION
1. Buy with confidence! We sell many items on consignment for private collectors. We
examine all items carefully before listing them. We will not list anything that we do not
believe to be authentic, based on either or our own experience, that of the experts we
have retained, or known exemplars.
2. We list all known provenance and outside authentication that comes with an item. If we have not listed an outside authentication letter or COA in the item description, we do not have one for that particular item so please don't ask. Please see the above section "Returns/Refunds" for further information on authentication.
FEEDBACK
1. We will be happy to leave feedback for every successful transaction, though we kindly
ask that you leave it first and we will reciprocate as soon as possible - due to the high
volume of auctions we conduct on eBay, we cannot possibly get to it all first. When we
purchase an item on eBay, we always leave the feedback first.
2. Please be assured that we always conduct ourselves and our business in a professional,
honest and responsible manner. With so many transactions on eBay, however, it is nearly
impossible not to accumulate a few negative or neutral feedback comments from unscrupulous individuals. We hope that eBay members will understand that honest sellers will acquire a few "battle scars" along the way.
EMAIL
1. We make every attempt to respond to emails in an expedient fashion, but please be
reasonable. A deluge of emails 5 minutes before an auction close is unlikely to receive a
timely response, despite our best efforts. To expedite this process, please include the
item number with your correspondence.
2. Frivolous, abusive or profane emails will not be tolerated and will be reported to eBay
immediately.
OTHER / MISCELLANEOUS
1. eBay is serious business, not for frivolous bidding! Please do not bid on an item unless you intend to honor your bid and purchase the item! Your bid on eBay is a binding contract, we will take all appropriate and legal action if you renege on your obligation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids or bidders.
2. Please don't ask us to end an auction early unless you are the high bidder and are
willing to make a serious offer - we can end an auction early to sell to the current high
bidder, but we will not end an auction early to sell offline, no exceptions. Otherwise, we
will gladly consider all offers once an auction has ended. Emails asking us to violate
this policy will not be answered.
