for in-store pick up and an appointment is required. To provide

models made by third party manufacturer such as HIGH POWER® or SHARK TECHNOLOGYTM. SHARK TECHNOLOGYTM is a reliable replacement brand for Dell, hp, Compaq, Gateway, and other major brand PCs. HIGH POWER®
is a high-end power supply manufacturer whose products actually meet or
exceed the original manufacturer's specification and may have
additional special features.
Our after-market power supplies can be used to replace an old, dying,
or defective original unit and will boot up your PC and make it working
again. Since we do not sell fake or counterfeit power supplies,
these after-market power supplies we sell will not look the same as the
original unit. Most may even have a slightly different mechanical
design or different number of power connectors. Each of our ebay
listing has detail information on mechanical details and number of
power connectors for your reference.
Shipping
damage:
If an item received with physical damage or none functional, the
product may have suffered damage during shipping. Buyer agrees to
hold the damaged item and cooperate with
the
investigation until the case is closed. If we have insured your
package through shipping carrier or a third party company, buyer will
receive reimburstment after the insurance claim has been paid to
us.
In general, UPS handles insurance claim faster. Our experience is
that UPS claim check is issued and sent to us in about 10 to 15 days
from the day we submit the claim. Buyer understands that we have
no control on the insurance claim processing time
frame and agrees to accept the insurance claim's decision on the
reimburstment amount.

First, you have to request an RMA
number from us.(click here to be linked to our RMA form)
Second, you pack the product with all
parts and accessories included in the original box. Then write the RMA#
on the box. Packages sent to us without any RMA# will
be refused and returned.
Finally, you
ship the package
and make
sure the package arrives to us within 30 calender days from the
original
auction closing date (or the date order was placed for none-auction
transactions.) If it arrives after 30 calender days or that it arrives
with physical damange or missing parts (such as missing manual, cable,
disk, etc.), no refund ($0) will be issued -- and you will have to
pre-pay the return freight cost if you want it to be returned.
Shipping
& Handling (S&H) charge is
not
refundable
for any reason (including your shipping when you ship back to us.
