We have been selling various collectibles at flea markets for about 10 years now.  We opened an outdoor fruit market and seeing that we had room in our store, we thought we might as well put out our flea market collectibles to sell.  After 9/11 we ended up having to close our place, (still having a lot of flea market collectibles left).  Shortly after I started to work/manage our local packing and shipping store, we decided to setup our flea market collectibles in some of the extra store floor space, and called it Peggy's Thrifts & Gifts.  After working at the packing and shipping store for about 2 years, the rental lease for the building was up, so the store had to close.  People kept telling us how this eBay was so great, we could sell our collectibles right here and not have to sit and wait for people to come to us. 

So, now our 2 babies are happy I get to stay home most of the time.  Even though they are sleepping most of the time, oh they're not sleeping, they are guarding!  (They are mother and daughter Shar Pei dogs.)

Sassey, the mother passed away May 14, 2008, she was 13 years old.  Tigger was very lonely without Sassey.  On May 21, we rescued Gonzo, another Shar Pei so, Tigger would have a friend.  Gonzo is about 1 1/2 to 2 years and all puppy!
