About Us

Ticeland Treasures went full time in March 2005.  My customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.  If there is ever a reason you are not happy with your purchase, just let me know.  I will work with you to make sure that the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.

We are a family owned business located in Havana, Florida.  I love being an eBay seller.  There are some wonderful folks here.

Just some simple terms to remember. 

I'd like payment within 7 days.  (or at least mailed within 7 days).  Please let me know when you will be paying. 

If you have a problem and need more time, just let me know.  We will work something out. 

I only file unpaid item reminders if there has been no communication after 7 mail days.  So just communicate! :)

Shipping & Payment Info.

In most cases, your item will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.

International buyers please contact me prior to bidding. 

And last but not least, if you do not get your package or you are not happy, just let me know.
