You have the possibility to collect multiple items over a period of 10
days. Upon winning more than
one auction, you will automatically receive a shipping discount on each
additional item that is paid for and shipped together.
PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must
use our Checkout payment system ONLY after all auction have been
completed, and you pay for all of your winning items together .
IMPORTANT: Do not however wait
with your payment more than 10 days of
your FIRST item being won. After that period we must cancel
the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund
of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. If, for wahtever reason,
you need to extend the 10 days period, please contact us.
There are
different shipping times to different places in the world. Please note: The mentioned usual
shipping times are based on informations of the USPS .

PERIOD. In case of a delay we ask you for a little patience, most

to give us the chance to solve a shipping problem before leaving
feedback or taking further steps. We do our very best to find out what
happened and investigate the matter with the postal service.

If you have won an item such as a
Tuxedo Vest or Dress Shirt, please make sure to let us know the correct size.
The best way to
determine the correct size for a Tuxedo Vest is to measure your
Chest. With your arms down at your side, use a tape measure and
place it level under your arms, completely around your body and
breathe normally, do not hold your breath ! Be sure to measure the
widest part of your chest.
Tuxedo Vest sizes, as well as Suit and Jacket sizes equal your chest
size.
If you measure in cm, divide by 2.54 to find the correct size.
Please be aware that if the size you choose is incorrect, we will
offer to exchange it to a different size (based on availability) but
all postage costs including return postage and additional
postage for the replacement vest are payable by the buyer. Please
contact us before returning an item. The replacement will be shipped
once we have received the other vest back.

To benefit from the postage discount is easy, simply hold your payment until
you are completely done shopping. We will automatically send you a revised
invoice incl. the postage discount after every new purchase. It is not
necessary to inform us that you intend to hold your payment and bid on

Q> My item is not delivered within the stated time period, what can I do?
A> Unfortunately there can be delays of shipments for many reasons. The
usual shipping times are based on experiences, but it may take a few days
longer than stated, especially during peek periods such as Christmas
time or the weeks before holidays . We kindly ask you for a little patience.
Almost all delayed shipments are delivered within the next 2-3 days. If the
item is not delivered 3 days after the stated usual delivery time, please
contact us, we will investigate what caused the delay.
If you have purchased the optional postal insurance, we will give you a
tracking number with which you are able to track your domestic shipment
online.

will be refunded via the method that you originally paid unless otherwise
requested. S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective,
