I love to buy and sell items on eBay. Mostly buy, I'm afraid. ;) I always give HONEST feedback. If I sell something, I will give feedback when the item is paid for - NOT after I get feedback from the buyer - I think that's kinda silly... There IS an ability to respond to feedback if there's a problem later...If someone makes a speedy payment, you know that as soon as it is made, or cleared; whichever the case may be. I have enough confidence in items I sell that I feel comfortable doing that. I think retaliatory feedback is generally for the dishonest... Anyway, below you will find my Auction Policies.

About photos regarding all my auctions.I try to take many pictures to show you as much detail as possible. Generally, above the image within the auction, there will be a link to a page of enlargements and more photos of an item. I do not touch up the actual item for auction in pictures, but I often try to remove the background and/or I crop the pictures. I'm not a professional photographer. (but my Mom is LOL) Sometimes the lighting affects how they look. That's why some pictures will look darker than others. If you need to see more pics of an item, please ask.

Please be sure and read the full text of my auctions before bidding. Most items in my auctions are made or hand dyed by me. I will always be forthright and complete in my description, because I am very proud of my work. (and I am trying to make a living with it - so my reputation is that much more important. Repeat business helps keep a roof over our heads and food on our table!)

Payments - I prefer PayPal . I will only accept personal checks that I preapprove. (I used to accept checks all the time, but I've had a few that bounced and the bank fees were too much!) Postal money orders are good if if I am notified ahead of time so I don't think you're a non-paying bidder. Payment is to be made as soon as possible. I really prefer a 3 day max. If someone has not at least contacted me within 3 days, the item will be relisted and they will be reported as a non-paying bidder. Sorry, No COD's - No exceptions. US Dollars only.

International bidders - At this time, I am only sending to the US and Canada. Declaration Documents WILL BE Completed Correctly- PLEASE check your Country's Duty And Tax obligations Before Bidding. Thank You for NOT asking me to complete documents as "gifts" and send uninsured items that I determine require insurance.

Shipping - I try to stay as close to actual shipping as possible, that is why I use the postage calculator. I do not like it when sellers inflate shipping costs. It really leaves a bad taste when you pay $5.00 or more for shipping and then you get the item in an envelope, you see the postage cost is under $2.00. It takes from the joy of getting the item. It's not just the money, it's the principle! You can tell it happened to me a few times, huh... I didn't like it and I will not do to others what I do not want done to me.

I can see the necessity of paying a small fee on top of the actual postage because boxes & packing materials do cost money for shipping by first class or parcel post. Priority mail boxes and labels are supplied for free from the post office. But, they can only be used to ship by priority mail and shipping by priority mail is not always the best for some items. Especially items that are small and weigh only a few ounces.

I'm willing to combine items when possible. I say when possible, because some items might be too fragile and or bulky and it wouldn't make sense to combine them. Please email me to let me know you are bidding on more items and want to combine them. I prefer to combine items from auctions that will end within three days at most. I will always try to work with you. Shipping Discount given for multiple purchases.(Ferret Bedding is on a per case basis.) The listed postage costs on fabric auctions do not apply to ferret bedding.

To prevent delays, please use eBay checkout to complete our transaction. If you are waiting for additional auctions to end, please email me to let me know and I will hold the invoices and combine it with your other wins for up to 3 days. If you complete checkout and pay before receiving an invoice from me, I will then assume you prefer that the product be shipped right away and do not want to combine any other auctions for a discount. Prompt shipping which includes confirmation number to Customers with delivery information to buyer after payment.

I'm willing to ship by first class if items are less than 12 ounces. I'm also willing to ship by Parcel post or Priority Mail. I have found out that sometimes there really isn't much difference between parcel and priority. It's usually been less than a quarter. It depends upon your location and the weight of the package.

I prefer Delivery Confirmation on items I sell, but it's up to you. I get it when I am the buyer (when offered) because it makes me feel more secure. Insurance is optional for items selling less than $50.00 and required for items selling for $50.00 and up. (Priority Mail is automatically insured for the value of the item, up to $50.00.) Insurance with other types of shipping is at buyers expense and is not included in the shipping calculator quote.

Feedback - I love to give (and get) positive feedback. When I'm selling, I usually leave feedback at successful payment receipt. I think that shows the buyer that I am aware of what's going on, and that I received their payment. I will make every attempt to complete the entire transaction to the buyers satisfaction.
