We offer your choice of payment options via PayPal, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Personal checks are not accepted. Please make sure to include the eBay auction number and your shipping address with any payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction closing.

Payments are processed in the order in which they are received. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays.

All items ship by either FedEx or UPS ground and include insurance coverage for the purchase price of your item(s). You can expect your purchase to be shipped in 3-5 business day. Q: Are the Tiffany style shades made of real stained glass?
A: Absolutely! All of our Tiffany style products are made of the highest quality stained glass.


Q: Your description states that 3 feet of chain is included. Can I request for a longer chain?
A: Longer lengths of chain can be requested for as long as you need. Each additional foot of chain is an extra charge of $2.50.


Q: What is a mica shade made of?
A: Mica is a mineral that is mined from the ground. Thin sheets of mica mineral are combined and shallaced to create the shade. Using mica as a lamp shade was developed by Dirk van Erp in the early 1900's. Mica not only gives a warm glow to a room, but it is also heat resistant and translucent, making it the perfect element for creating character for a room.


Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers?
A: Tiffany Street's mission is to provide our customers with the best prices and largest lighting and decorative options in the market. Because of this commitment it is necessary for us to use an automated system to leave feedback for our customers, so that we can continue to add products to our store. The system automatically leaves feedback for all customers who have left feedback for Tiffany Street.


Q: What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
A: Although it does not happen often, sometimes the carriers are a little rough with the packages and breakage might occur. Please contact us immediately at ebay@tiffanystreet.com if you receive a product that was damaged in transit. Please include the eBay item number of the product in your correspondance.

We will issue a call tag with the carrier to pick up the damaged product from the delivery address. This means that the carrier will come to the delivery address and pick up the original package in 2-7 business days. Please place the product back in the original packaging and have it available for pickup. The carrier will have the return shipping label. Once the original package is picked up, we will send a replacement product.

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Texas residents. Shipments to states other than Texas are not charged sales tax.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders ship from 1 - 50 days, depending on the specific item. The individual shipping times for each item are stated on the item page.  The 'Ships In' time is provided by each manufacturer and is an estimate of the average number of business days it take the manufacturer to process you order and ship the item from their warehouse. These shipping times are not a guaranteed.

Q: What if I made an error with my order?
A: Please check the accuracy of your order in your order confirmation email. Your order can also be viewed by logging into you account. It is the responsibity of the customer to ensure that the order placed online or over the phone is accurate. Tiffany Street, Inc. will not assume any cost to exchange item purchased in error. If a replacement is necessary, Tiffany Street, Inc. will create a new order and refund the returned item less return fees if necessary, as defined in the Return Policy.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: In stock item are not eligible for cancellation. Orders that have already shipped or are in processing for shipment are unable to be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected.

Q: Can I refuse delivery?
A: If the product is refused upon delivery, the standard return policy will not apply. The customer will be responsible for the manufacturer's restocking fee with may be up to 25% of the purchase price of the item; as well as both initial and return freight charges.

Q: How do I exchange a product?
A: For exchanges, the standard return policy will apply for the returned item. In addition, a separate order will be created for the new product.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have an unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased. Custom crafted, special order items, open box clearance items and items $20 and under, including replacement shades are not eligible for return. Item(s) received in their original condition within thirty (30) days of payment receipt will be refunded for their purchase price.
