I am a previous Lancome Counter Manager who has quite a bit of experience with Lancome, Clinique, Estee Lauder and Elizabeth Arden products. 

I am very happy to assist you with any questions regarding any of these products.

Please remember that it is against eBay policy to sell used or tested cosmetics.  All of my cosmetics are brand new and untested.  I am very careful when photographing my items as not to cause any contamination.  If you do see a seller trying to sell used cosmetics please report them.  Usage of used cosmetics could spread germs.

SELLING POLICIES

Payment:

I accept PayPal (credit and debit cards welcome). PLEASE follow the eBay payment system. Please do not send payment to my hotmail address. I do not accept checks. If one is sent, I will hold the item for 10-15 days before shipping to be sure that it clears.

I only ship to your PayPal confirmed address.  If you require me to ship anywhere other than this address, please contact me prior to paying.  In this case, you will be required to purchase the optional insurace to protect both of us.

High bidder to contact me within 2 days of auction's end to let me know how they will pay and payment is to be received within 14 days otherwise negative feedback will be left and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed. Unpaid Item Notification will begin at day 7 unless you contact me.

Feedback:

I am very happy to leave positive feedback and will do this on every auction. Please be aware that the auction is not over until I know that you have received your item and you are happy with the transaction. I will leave feedback after the same is done for me. This gives me an opportunity to right any wrongs you may have found with your item. Every auction is concluded with my feedback and I do everything I can to make it a smooth, positive transaction. That being said PLEASE, PLEASE contact me if you have ANY issues regarding your transaction. Communication is the key on eBay. Unless you communicate with me (through emails, not feedback) I cannot assist you and clear up any situation that you may have. I apologize if this upsets anyone but I am being forced to do this by new eBayers who do not feel they should contact me before leaving feedback. I do appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping is responsibility of high bidder and is NOT NEGOTIABLE in any way. I will ship anywhere in the US. Shipping and Handling charges apply to shipping in the US only.

I cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave my possession; therefore, insurance is suggested.  All items are shipped directly from the post office.

I offer FREE Delivery Confirmation on all items over $10.00 or if you purchase more than 1 item. If you would like me to add delivery confirmation for your item that is not included in this range, please let me know and I will be more than happy to add it for an additional fee.

I do offer Combined Shipping. I deduct $1.00 per additional item.  I can only combine shipping prior to payment. 

Please remember shipping and handling fees are CLEARLY stated on EVERY auction. I recommend you consider this price and the auction price as the actual price. Included in this price are shipping AND HANDLING which covers all of my materials and time spent finding, purchasing, listing, packaging and shipping the items. If you have an issue with my shipping and HANDLING fees, please do not bid. I am starting every auction at rock bottom. I only make money on these auctions if there are multiple bidders. I pay for each of these items in my inventory and start my auction so that I am not profiting unless the bidding exceeds one bid.

Delivery Time:

I try my very best to SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS (after payment is received) and this tends to be the norm 95% of the time. Due to family obligations and the fact that I do have a full-time job in Metro DC, the slowest the shipping will ever be is twice a week, once at the first of the week and once in the middle of the week.  I ALWAYS send an email to you stating that your item has shipped.  If you have not received this email, please check your My Messages for this email.  This email will let you know the date that your item was shipped.

All items are shipped using the United States Post Office.  I, personally, AM NOT THE USPS, therefore I cannot predict how fast (or slow) the Post Office will take to deliver your item.  I always hope that you will get your item as fast as possible which is why I pride myself in immediate shipping (within 48 hours of receiving payment).  Please understand that the date printed on your package is the date that your item was shipped.  If I could personally deliver each item to be sure it got there faster, I would.  Please just be patient and check this date on the package when your item arrives to show that I did in fact ship your item on the date that I sent your email.

Returns & Refunds:

Because most of my items are cosmetics, for sanitary reasons, I cannot offer refunds unless I have made an error in the description. If there is a problem, however with my listing or your item, please feel free to contact me and we will try to work out any problems.
