  E-bay users:  You can find us on e-bay under “ Timevalley ”. Please peak at our remarkable feedback and items available.

  Shipping:  Usually we will ship your item with in 7 days of receiving the payment and/or payment clearance. We’ll make arrangements for special occasions etc. You will be notified via e-mail of your tracking number. We use the overnight insured shipping by a UPS or FedEx courier. Please include a $50 dollars flat rate shipping, insurance, and processing fees unless otherwise specified in the listing.

  Payments:  We except money orders, cashiers checks, business and/or personal checks, bank to bank transfers, PayPal, BidPay, Credit Cards. All payments must be made in US currency.  We can help guide you through the process and we assure you that it is safe and secure.

 Paypal/Bidpay:  We do not except Paypal from International bidders. US bidders must have a confirmed address, no exceptions.  Please make payment to kaifysha@aol.com. Once the payment is made and has been cleared we will send your item to your confirmed billing address with 7 days.

 Bank to Bank transfers:  Ones you are a winning bidder e-mail us for our bank info.  Payment takes 24-48 hours to clear.

 Money orders/cashiers checks, business/personal checks:  Payment takes 7-10 days to clear.

 Credit Cards:  Please call for needed information. (404)-236-0038 please have your item number ready.  We do not except credit cards from International bidders.

  Warranty:  All of our watches come with a 1 Year Mechanical warranty. If during that year your watch stops functioning the way you see fit, just send it to us and we’ll fix/adjust it at no charge to you whatsoever (make sure to include your warranty card, short description on what’s wrong with your timepiece, your name address and phone number).  This warranty does not cover accidents of abuse, or the bracelet.  The warranty is void if the crystal is broken, balance staff is broken, if the watch has any signs of water damage or has been open by any other watchmaker. This warranty is valid only at Timevalley. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than our Masters Watchmakers will void this warranty. We are not affiliated with Rolex USA, or any other Rolex dealer.  Warranty given by any other office is not covered by our warrany. All duty, shipping and handling costs for buyers are their responsibility.

  Return Privilege:  We guarantee that your item will arrive as described.  If you are not satisfied with your watch within the first seven days of receiving the timepiece we will happily exchange it for another watch of equal value, or you have the option to return the watch to us minus a ten percent restocking fee and shipping.  We will send your refund (sales price of the watch) once we receive the returned item.  On all the auctions that start with $1.00 No Reserve, all sales are final and nonrefundable.  On the infrequent occurrence a bumpy trip may cause a watch to arrive not operating properly, in that case just return the watch and we will adjust it at no charge to you.  All duty, shipping, and handling costs for buyers are their responsibility.
