Our aim at Tinker & Co is to produce high quality graphics at affordable prices, We encourage the use of our items in all types of crafting including crafting to sell. You may Sell any "Handmade" product that you "Personally Hand Make". The only stipulation being that you credit Tinker & Co or respective comapnies (Chic Princess, Little Squiggles) with copyright to art work. We do NOT permit copying or re-distribution of our graphics in any way shape or form. This includes printing our graphics and offering them for sale, in a kit, as printables and sharing with friends, family or craft clubs. Evidence of this will be taken very seriously and may result in legal action being Taken. Special liscences can be purchased for craft club events.
Postage Information
We aim to despatch all CD's within 3 days of purchase, This may be delayed at weekends or busy periods, such as Christmas and when the royal mail decideds to strike. Our postage and packaging charges are £1.99 for the first CD with subsequent CD's posting out at 99p each. Buy more than 3 CD's at one time and your postage will not exceed £4.00. Design a Disc Sevice - this service is provided instead of our downloads. you pay just 99p for the first kit purchased and nothing for subsequent kits. All kits will be burnt to one disk, to create a cost effective purchase for yourself. Should you purchase more than £9.99 on one invoice please request a total and we will amend your postage to free for this service only. If you would like your purchase sent on seperate cds please send us an email to confim this. Please note, we can not ammend invoices once they have been paid, in some circumstances we will refund or offer a credit for any overpayment on postage at our own discression.
Returns
At this stage we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. Every effort is made to ensure that your CD or Download arrives to you in the best condition. Please report any problems within 3 days of purchase.

Your feedback is very important to us, as it is for you. Our feedback system is now set to send possitive feedback automatically once we have recieved similar possitve feedback from you. If on the rare occasion you do recieve a less than possitive service from Tinker & Co please don't hesitate to contact us first. All descrpencies can be rectified with your co-operation.
