I am just an average American person, selling on EBAY so that I can support my own passions. I am a huge lover of animals and nature. I have been involved, hands on, with animals for over 30 years. I make very little profit by selling on EBAY and most of it goes directly to either my own rescued animals or to other animal shelters. I am older now, so my personal animals are only cats and dogs at the moment. In the past, I have run my own animal shelter that included space for larger animals, and many species that slipped through the cracks at more conventional animal shelters.
My ebay practice is very simple. I will deal with you in an honest manner. If you buy an item, and for any reason, do not like it, you may return it for a full refund. I will go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you think that I am not anwering your email, it is because I am not getting it. Some of you have servers with spam blockers, and my return email is rejected because of that.
I combine shipping orders for a cut in postage. It will not show up for you until I personally make up an invoice that shows the discount. It is NOT automatic and you will need to contact me and let me know that you are still shopping. When you are ready, let me know. I will then get your invoice together and it will show the discount. I do not take you for a ride with postage charges.
I ship items once a week. This is on Saturday. Orders must be paid for by Friday mornings if you want to make the coming Saturday shipment. I live in a rural area, so it is not easy for me to 'just run' to the post office. The post office I use is part of a General Store, in another state and over 10 miles away.
