Alexianelectrical is the eBay presence of Alexian Electrical Products based in Derbyshire, England. The business was set up with the aim of providing quality, top named electrical brands at the LOWEST POSSIBLE PRICES.
We found we could achieve this aim in two ways:
FIRSTLY by dealing in GRADED goods we could provide electrical products at a SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER price than on the High Street.
What are GRADED products
It is important to note that graded appliances (please read on for what this actually means) can contain cosmetic markings and/or signs of previous usage. The appliance that will be sold with the eBay description will literally be the next one off the shelf (so to speak) after purchase has been made through eBay, and only then will the exact condition become known. If this possibility is likely to offend please do not order as we do not wish to cause offence. The product boxes are generally in average condition and can be replaced with a more suitable alternative for transportation purposes.
Graded products are on average around 50% less in price than typical High Street/Internet prices. The term graded (also known as factory reconditioned/refurbished) means the product will have been returned to a manufacturer for one or more of a variety of reasons. The reasons for return can include products that have developed a fault covered under warranty and then exchanged or refunded by the original retailer (in our experience this is a very common reason). Other examples of why products can be returned to a manufacturer could include ex display appliances, items returned during the retailers 14 day etc return period, the list of reasons for return being potentially unlimited. In all cases the appliances are then checked and repaired if necessary by the manufacturer or nominated service agent (please note some very minor faults not affecting the functioning of the appliance may not be repaired/deemed repairable).
SECONDLY by operating purely on eBay we have fewer overheads and therefore do not need to add to our already low prices to cover the costs normally associated with running a typical High Street Shop.
So by dealing purely with graded stock and operating solely online we are able to supply high quality electrical products, all with warranties, checked and at INCREDIBLY LOW PRICES.
