I can still remember the day when I got my own personal computer. Not knowing I was suppose to double click the mouse, I could not get online and thought my computer was broken. I called the person I bought it from, and he gave me my first lesson on getting online which was to double click the mouse. The rest is history. I heard the phone line dialing out and the sound was exciting and intriguing. Do you remember those first days?

I actually first started on Ebay strictly as a customer and like others I had a few bumps in the road, but for the most part Ebay's sellers were/are really great and Ebay made me feel safe in buying, especially through Paypal. I slowly started to sell here and there as a trial and opened a store in June or July 2008. Selling is in my blood since the age of 16 and here it is 20 years later. Yep, that is how old I am.

Customer service and selling go hand in hand. And along with customer service there are certain guidelines that the seller has to create and morally follow. I know when a customer emails me that there is a face behind that email, and I treat all emails like they are the person standing in front of me regardless of any issue or concern at hand. I also go to great lengths to ensure that there is not a problem before it happens, which is by communicating with you and always being polite and honest. Always feel free to email me!

I also do medical transciption from home and am very thankful for it. I went to school for almost 3 years and got my degree. I also work part time away from home. Because I work from home part time though, I can usually get back with my customers really fast and ship items out within 3 days (except I do not ship items out on the weekends). Please allow 24 hours for me to respond to an email, though as said I can usually get back with you very fast.

I spend the weekends with my husband and our 4 small animals. We have no children, did not plan on that but life worked out that way. But I have been fortunate enough to have plenty of loved ones, small and large, in my life.

My little nook that you see in the second picture is an antique spot that I rent in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, aka Mount Pilot, North Carolina, commonly known for good old Andy Griffith. Maybe one day you will be able to visit the tourist area. The name of the antique shop is Pilot Mountain Antique Mall. The lady I rent from rents to 50 dealers. Incredible! It is the warmest town that I have ever been in, so if you are looking for a vacation state to come to, this might just be your place!
