TERMS OF SALE FOR RECORDS, TAPES & CDis

All records, CDis & tapes are from private collection. Our father always been an passionate and avid collector of many forms of music, most records and after his car accident he is not able to take care of such of huge collection, so we want to help him out. We are selling off his collection of  records, cassettes, reel-to-reel tapes and some other music forms. We have over 15,000 items that we will be trying to sell online in the future. Our father was collecting records and other music memorabilia for about 50 years, and his wide variety of music collection is so varied, from classic, pop, soul, jazz, country to rock'n'roll music....and the list goes on and on.... it's just time to let go this collection for somebody who still have passion for old records and other music memorabilia.

Records or other music collecting is often to human bias so mistakes and differences of opinions happen. Your stereo equipment can be very important factor. If CD, RECORD OR CASSETTE does not meet your criteria or your expectations, please contact us. A pleasant and successful transaction is far more important to us than profit from one specific sale. We will do everything to make it right. We only ask for that courtesy. We will issue full refund for purchase price (no shipping cost) only in case we did not describe our item correctly. Sealed records must be returned in same condition, sealed. All other used records or tapes will be inspected before we issue refund. We reserve rights to cancel all bids before auction is closed. We strive and we will do the best to accuratly describe what we see. The photos should help to assist your analyses. The majority of records, CDis & tapes we list are in prevoiusly owned and used condition, and generally we sell all without reserve and as is condition.

Unless otherwise noted, most of the music memorabilia are graded visually, some are play-graded! We have really huge collection of music memorabilia and it's not possible to play all. Our grading is based on short form of Goldmine International Magazine. Short form means more conversative and stronger rules.We don't sell any CD-is or other music memorabilia under VERY GOOD MINUS (VG-) CONDITION. In specific sale we will use GOOD (G) but only in highly and unique collectable items. Excellent (EX) condition is on the border-line with Very Good Plus (VG+) and it's very hard to determine if the item is Excellent or Very Good+. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

New eBay shipping policy will be on force by the end of September 2009. Insurance option will no longer be available, so either you choose Media Mail or other service insurance will be your choice. We can not be responsible for uninsured packages.

We shipp all packages 24-48 hours after your clear payment.All LP records will be shipped in special cardboard record box, 45's will be shipped in bubble wrap envelope secured by hard cardboard paper. Tapes and CD's will be shipped in bublle wrap envelope.
