Shipping:

We SHIP TO U.S. (50 States) ONLY at this time. Alaska and Hawaii slighted Higher. Email me so I can give you a Price for shipping.

Standard Shipping is USPS Post, First Class or UPS Ground. (For Books, Music CD's and Videos Standard shipping is USPS Media mail.) This can take up to 10 Business days to receive. If you would like it shipped some other way let me know at cs@tsvariety.com I will try and work with you.

INSURANCE: Optional but recommended and at the expense of the buyer. Seller is not responsible for uninsured merchandise.

TRACKING: I will email you a tracking number when the item is shipped so you can check the status of the shipping.

Delivery:

Please allow up to 4 Business days to process your order and allow up to 8 to 10 days to receive your order. Most orders you will get in 5 to 7 Business days.

Please allow extra time during peak seasons such as Christmas . We strive to limit any and all delays.

We will always let you know if there are any delays known to us.

Availability:      

All items are available at the time of their listing. However, on the rare occasion that the merchandise is out of stock, you do have the option of a full refund, waiting for the inventory to be restocked or choosing another item of the same value.

Returns:

Our Guarantee: If you are not 100% Satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, minus the shipping cost. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If you have any questions that are not answered on the product page please email us at cs@tjsvariety.com prior to ordering. All items are guaranteed to arrive free of damage or defects. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with the problem, product description &  item number. 

We file a claim with the shipper. Please save all boxes and packing. Shipper might want to look at it and pick it up.
