To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Payment:

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. The winner will be notified via email and asked to submit payment.  If the buyer chooses to pay by Money Order or Cashier Check, make check payable in U.S. funds only to the “T.J. Martell Foundation.”  Please include eBay ID and eBay auction number on cashier check or money order for prompt processing.

Shipping:

Once payment has been received, allow 14 business days for item delivery. 

The buyer is responsible for payment of item shipping and insuring.  The cost will be added onto the price of the item after the buyer has been notified of the amount.  For international buyers, the buyer is responsible for custom duties and taxes.

 

Authenticity:

Members of the music industry founded our organization, and the items featured in our auctions are donated directly by our supporters in all channels of entertainment.  We will provide the buyer with a letter of authenticity for each signed item.

 

Policies:

All sales are final unless grounds for refund are demonstrated.
