Back to previous page  Tom, the book guy In 1996, shortly after moving to Colorado to work in outdoor education (Outward Bound), I started part time in the book business, as outdoor work was only available in the summer months. As you might imagine, I enjoy all the outdoor activities I can get into; hiking, skiing, biking mountaineering, and indulging in natural hot springs. While in Denver, I've also gotten to enjoy table tennis, where at one point I had a ranking of 1200. About four years ago I started selling books on Amazon.com, where my inventory has grown to over 1,000 books, videos, cassettes and DVDs. During that time I have maintained a high customer satisfaction rating, currently at 99%. I have a small office located in Denver where Krischa, Belinda, Megan, and Lisa keep the ball rolling. Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service (we pride ourselves in our quick response to customer inquiries) and to make buying on line easy, fun and efficient.
