Ebay policies
Paypal payments:
We take Paypal; it is the quickest and most preferred way to pay on Ebay. I can ship items same day in most cases, when paypal is used.Paypal payments require a confirmed ship to address. If you are not confirmed in your ship to address you cannot use paypal to pay. We also ship only to confirmed Paypal address, no exceptions.
Other payments:
We will accept personal checks, money orders ,MC/VISA .Please allow extra time for money orders and personal checks to clear. It can take up to two weeks for an international money order to clear. Most funds clear in 5 days or less.
Email:
All emails are sent to email address that is registered with Ebay. I will send you a winning buyer email as soon as the item has ended. Sometimes there might be a delay, due to freight calculation. If you pay with check/money order I will send a received payment email, so you know I got the payment.
Once payment has cleared and your item packed I will send you an item shipped email, in this email are the tracking numbers for UPS or the delivery confirmation number from USPS.
Buying:
If you are buying more than one item I will be happy to combine shipping on items that can be shipped together. Just wait for the new winning buyer email that will have the newly created invoice showing the combined freight. If you like to pay as soon as you have won it is okay; just don get mad that the freight has not been combined.
Shipping:
We ship using the following carriers USPS and UPS for small items. Larger items can be crated or palletized for truck shipments.
Items are shipped as soon as payment for the item has cleared. How the item is shipped is usually determined by the auction, but sometimes you will have a choice .If the auction shows that the item can be shipped by USPS or UPS it will be your choice. I reserve the right to ship the way I feel is the best for the item .We due our best to make sure all items are packaged safely but sometimes items can be damaged in shipment. If your item is damaged in shipment you must notify us within three business days of receiving the item. You also must save all packaging materials for inspection of the shipping company. Failure to follow these rules may result in item not being replaced or repaired.
Insurance:
I always recommend insurance but I will leave it up to the buyer. Remember that if you do not purchase insurance and an item is damaged or lost during shipment you have no protection. I will not replace an item that is lost or damaged in shipping unless you have bought insurance.
