After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now
purchase, you have two check-out options:

Now! Click on the Check-Out button
at the top of this page or click here
to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.
You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your
purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction,
you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder.
There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email
will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able
to pay for your item.

Welcome to TMS Wholesale Inc. on eBay. Our goal is to bring
great products to you at wholesale prices. Very simply, we
sell more because we sell for less! Our promise to you
includes great customer service and a 30 day return policy.

PAYMENT
We will accept these types of payments:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Paypal, Money Orders, and
Cashier's Checks. When you checkout you will go to our secure
checkout cart where you can select the payment type.
We will send you an invoice immediately after the auction ends.
However, if you are bidding on multiple items our system will
consolidate all invoices and apply the multiple item disount. Please
wait to pay until all auctions that you are bidding on have ended.
If you do not pay for the auction in 14 days we will file with ebay to collect our fees. As a buyer you should not let this happen because ebay has strict policies about non-paying bidders. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee (on the total invoice cost) for ANY cancelled auction. If you pay the 20% cancellation fee, we will not file a dispute with ebay.
Auction Cancellation Policy
For any cancelled auction, for ANY REASON, you will be charged 20% of the invoice cost.
Sales Tax
We apply 6.0% sales tax to all Indiana orders.

The difference between our listed Shipping and Handling Cost and the Actual ship cost is considered to be our Handling Fee. This shipping and handling fee ($)is a fixed fee and can not be changed.
We use UPS and USPS to anywhere in the LOWER
48 US States! The shipping method is determined by the product
purchased. All orders are processed and shipped within one to three days
(except holidays). No PO Boxes please.

30 Day Warrant Policy
1) Prior to any refund or replacement you must contact
us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please
email
jody@tms-wholesale.com for this number.
2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned
to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we
receive an item without the RMA# we will not process the
claim.
3) Upon receipt of the item and completions of our
inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the
order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your
original payment will be refunded in full via the original
payment method (Credit Card, Paypal, or check). If the order
is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of
your original payment will be refunded via the original
payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we
grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
4) This warranty applies only to products purchased by
the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The TMS
warranty does not apply to products that have been abused,
misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear
is not covered under warranty. TMS Wholesale Inc. reserves the
right as final authority on whether the products should be
refunded or replaced. TMS Wholesale Inc. makes no other
warrant and no implied warranties, including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. TMS
Wholesale Inc.'s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the
purchase price of the products. In no event shall TMS
Wholesale Inc. be liable for any consequential , indirect,
incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the
sale of the product.
