PICTURES:
All of our items are new and the pictures shown are a representation of the product. Picture accuracy is not guaranteed and can occasionally be slightly different than the product.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Our item(s) are subject to selling out or going on back-order.
Please note that the available quantity in our listing is only approximate and the item(s) listed may actually be out of stock. Our item(s) are sold through other sources, other than ebay, and there could be an updating delay between the quantity listed as available and what is actually available.
Sold Out:
If sold out, we will refund the buyers payment for the item(s) in full.
Back-Orders:
If an item(s) goes on back-order, we will notify the buyer and offer the option of waiting for the item(s) to become available again or receive a full refund for the item(s).
Please make sure your ebay email address is up-to-date and that our ebay messages don't get blocked.
METHODS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT (IN U.S. FUNDS ONLY):

ebay prohibits most sellers from accepting payments by mail; such as; money orders, personal checks and bank checks -- unless it is for an approved category. Unfortunately, none of our categories are "approved" by ebay so we are not allowed to accept these forms of payment.
If we receive any payment by mail we will not return it. Buyer will need to send us a self-addressed, stamped, envelope for its return.
We send a 'payment received & order information' notice through ebay once we receive a cleared payment. Please make sure your ebay email address is up-to-date and that our ebay messages don't get blocked.
Buyer has 7 days in which to complete checkout.
If payment hasn't been received within 7 days then we will file a non-paying bidder notice with ebay. This will give the buyer an additional 7 days in which to get payment to us; however, if we don't receive payment at the end of those 7 days then we will file for a final credit with ebay . Plus the item will no longer be available to that buyer.

Fees | STATE TAXES:
There is sales tax for shipments within California and this rate will be included automatically on all invoices.
Sales tax rate is for Santa Clara County.
Some of our suppliers in other states charge sales tax and that information will be posted in the items description box in our listing. Please note that we will need to manually adjust the ebay invoice to include the sales tax for any state other than California.
HANDLING FEES:
The handling fee covers the expenses of that listing.
Each item has fixed handling charges.*
*The handling charges are already included in the charges listed in the auction/store ad.

Shipping | COMBINING AUCTIONS:
We will combine our ebay transactions if the auctions/store sales end within 3 days of one another and they are paid with a single payment.
We make every effort to combine multiple item purchases to save on buyers shipping cost; however, your order may be shipped from more than one warehouse.
You will need to email us when you are finished shopping. Please do not pay until we send you a consolidated invoice. Due to some bugs in the automated system, we will need to issue your invoice manually for multiple item purchases.
Please do not check out or pay until you have purchased your final item and received your adjusted invoice; otherwise, you will not receive the multiple item and/or shipping discount..
If you would like a shipping quote for multiple items prior to making your purchases, please email us your ship to city, state, and zip code, along with the item numbers and quantity of each item you wish to purchase, and we will respond promptly with a shipping and handling charge quote.
PayPal charges us a transaction fee on EACH transaction so please note the above before making your payment.
WHERE SHIPPED:
Within the continental United States only unless the listing indicates otherwise.
For non-continental USA addresses please inquire before making any purchase because some of our suppliers will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO addresses and some won't.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included. Any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them as additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “Gifts”. U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
The listing will state which method of shipment will be used.
UPS and FedEx don’t deliver to post office or APO/FPO addresses.
A confirmed physical street address is required for these carriers.

WHEN SHIPPED:
For USA Continental shipments: After we receive a cleared payment, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and National holidays).
For USA non-Continental & International shipments: After we receive a cleared payment, please allow up to 24 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and National holidays).
Please note that during the holidays, delivery time can increase.
Once an item(s) has shipped, will will send the buyer a 'shipped' or 'shipped & delivered' notice through ebay. For multiple item purchases from different locations, we will email the buyer with the shipping information as the item(s) ship. Please make sure your ebay email address is up-to-date and that our ebay messages don't get blocked.
| | Refunds & Returns | Your satisfaction is very important to us.
It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you purchased, in the condition that we have stated in the listing.
CONDITION OF RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Defective Items not yet used:
Buyer must contact us, tnt Commodities, to obtain a return authorization number.
Buyer to pay for shipping charges on defective returns that may be refundable*.
Return any defective item in its original packaging with everything that came with it. If not returned in original packaging then this will be considered a mis-usage defect and is not refundable. Buyer will need to pay for the shipping charges to return unpackaged item(s) back to them within 3 days of being notified; otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.
All returns are inspected and the condition of any item is determined by our supplier(s) Service Department. If our supplier(s) Service Department determines that any item is not a manufacturers defect or the damage is not covered under warranty then no refund will be issued to buyer and the buyer will need to pay for the shipping charges to return any item(s) to them within 3 days of being notified; otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.
A full refund plus return shipping charges will be given to buyer for defective item(s) that our supplier(s) has approved*.
Defective Items after usage:
with Warranty:
If an item comes with a product warranty and becomes defective after use then please consult product packaging for manufacturer's warranty.
without Warranty:
If a defective item(s) doesn’t have a warranty and was received within 30 days of useage then please contact us for a return authorization number.
Buyer to pay for shipping charges on returns.
Return defective item(s) and any accessories that came with it.
All defective returns are inspected and the condition of any item(s) is determined by our supplier(s) Service Department. If our supplier(s) Service Department determines that any item is not a manufacturers defect then no refund will be issued and the buyer will need to pay for the shipping charges to return any item(s) to them within 3 days of being notified; otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.
A full refund plus return shipping charges will be given to buyer for defective item(s) that our supplier(s) has approved.
New/Unused/Resalable Items:
The buyer has the option of returning any resalable item(s), unused and in the original packaging for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge, within 5 business days of receipt.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. For the buyers protection, it is recommended that they purchase insurance and obtain a tracking number for their package(s).
Damaged in Transit:
For crushed shipping boxes and/or you suspect that the product(s) inside has been damaged: Please do not accept it if at all possible and request that the freight courier record the damage to the shipping box on their paperwork. Do this even if you decide to accept the crushed box just in case the product(s) inside is damaged and a claim will need to be filed. Please contact us immediately so that we can follow up with the freight courier to help expedite any claims and to get your replacement shipment initiated, if required.
For damaged product discovered after your order has been delivered and opened:
Please contact us within 2 days of receipt so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
Emailing is the best method for contacting us.
Please do not discard anything. The carrier may request to examine the package and all of its original contents.
Not As Described Items:
If item is not as described, please contact us within 2 days after receiving it.
ALERT SELLER BEFORE RETURNING:
The buyer will need to contact us first if there is a problem with their item(s) and to receive our instructions for any returns.
