Where shipping is stated on the auction, you will also find the anticipated time required for shipment. We don't want any surprises, and we want you, the customer, to always know what to expect. In other words, if we state in an auction that an item will take approximately 18 days to ship, we would sincerely hope that you would give us high ratings in our ship time feedback, rather than saying it was slow to ship. If we have shipped as stated, then we have performed in an excellent manner and our rating from you would hopefully reflect that. To help you better understand the variables, please read below:

1) Many of our items are stocked right here in South Carolina or one of our satellite locations, and are able to ship within 1-3 business days.

2) Some of our items are stocked in our Routing Warehouses scattered around the country. These item require that we transfer the individual merchandise to our South Carolina facility and then ship it off to you. These items usually require up to 10 days to ship while we move the merchandise.

3) We also use vendors that do not send the merchandise to us. They prefer to ship directly to our customers, and these items can take the longest to be shipped. While they often ship sooner, you will note on the auction that they can take up to 18 days to ship, and they will sometimes end up being backordered or out of stock. If/When we are notified of this situation, we would immediately contact you and let you choose which of the available options would work best for you.

We respond quickly to emails if you have any questions or concerns, and we appreciate that opportunity to communicate with both customers and shoppers.
