Biotech Workshops

First Phase Technologies offers products and services in electronics and biotechnology. We have a state of the art electronics manufacturing facility, wet lab for biotechnology sample preparation and a class 1000 clean room. We offer prototype electronics assembly, BGA and advanced pacakage rework and repair.

Our biotech lab offers services such as cell culture, RNA/DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, microarraying and biosensor development. We also offer 2 day workshops in methods of biotechnology and microarraying technology.

We also offer electronics components, common parts such as connectors, resistors, capacitors and hard to find semiconductors.
