How long have you been
selling on eBay? We've been selling on eBay for over 9 years so you
know that we are a company you can trust. This is especially important for
jewelry sales.
How much is shipping?
Please refer to each individual auction, shipping charges are clearly stated in
each listing that we make.
May I combine shipping?
Yes you may, please make sure you add the appropriate amount for each additional
item that you purchase.
Paypal won't allow me to
combine shipping, how can I? Please log into Paypal and click the "SEND
MONEY" tab. Fill in appropriate fields, make sure you include all of your
item numbers and send payment to TOMMYWAY@HOTMAIL.COM.
Where is my item?
Our normal ship time is to ship out within 48 hours of processed payment.
Most of our items are shipped first class mail, our more valuable packages are
shipped either UPS or registered mail. Please remember that once we
ship an item, we cannot control when a package gets to your door. Most
mail generally takes between 5-10 days to reach their destinations and in unique
situations sometimes longer. We ask our customers to wait at least
30 days at which time customers may file a claim with us. If you
file a signed claim with us, we will replace your item. We
do not ask customers to wait 30 days to circumvent Paypal's claim policy, we are
a legitimate company.
How come you won't
answer my emails? We always answer emails that are sent to us with an
inquiry, usually within 24 hours of receipt. Please check your spam folder
or your bulk mail folder. There is a chance that your email never made it
to us, please try sending it again. Call us at (678) 474-9116 if you cannot
contact us.
How come you won't
answer the phone? We always answer the phone if we are here to answer
it. We may be on the phone or out to lunch, or it may be before or after
hours. We are here from 11 AM to 7 PM on weekdays EST.
If you are not able to reach us, please leave a message and we will return it.
Where are you located,
why can't I visit you or pick it up from your office? We are
located in beautiful and HOT
Atlanta GA, we are an internet company and we do not have a showroom. For
insurance and security purposes, we are not allowed to receive customers at our
office.
