We only handle mail-in orders paid by check or money order at our location. All online orders and payments are processed by PayPal.  It is not necessary to have an account with PayPal to have your credit card payment processed by them.  They accept all major credit cards.  We prefer to ship to an address that is registered with your credit card provider. Besides the billing address for your monthly statement, your credit card provider may allow you to register an alternate address for shipping purposes. For security purposes, we cannot change the shipping address on an order so you should make sure the correct address has been entered.

Our standard flat rate shipping covers standard shipping services throughout the USA and Canada. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. The US Postal Service is used to ship all orders except on those occasions where the weight of the order is great enough to make shipping via a parcel carrier more feasible. Customers with a PO box should also have their street address listed as part of the overall address in order to accommodate all carriers. Most US shipments arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Most Canadian shipments arrive in 7-10 business days. A shipping confirmation is sent by email when the order has been shipped.
 

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ITEM?   back to top
The proper way to purchase an item is to click on the Buy-It-Now button at the top or the bottom of the item page. When the Buy-It-Now button is clicked, you will be prompted to make your payment through PayPal at that time (see: How Do I Make My Payment) . Once you have completed your payment, you become the instant winner and the item is closed to other buyers. You should only purchase an item when you are ready to complete the transaction immediately.

The Buy-It-Now price and shipping charge added together represent the total cost of the item. The Buy-It-Now price is located at the top and the bottom of the item page. The shipping charge is shown in the Shipping and Payment Details section near the bottom of the item page.

Note: We do not charge or collect any tax of any kind on the items we sell. It is the buyers responsibility to reconcile any tax claims your state/province may consider due on items you have purchased from us.
 

HOW DO I MAKE MY PAYMENT?  back to top
When the Buy-It-Now button is clicked, you will be prompted to make your payment through PayPal at that time. You can use nearly any major credit card with PayPal. If you have not used PayPal before, you will be able to register your credit card and shipping information securely during the payment process for easy completion of your payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a credit card payment through PayPal.
 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?  back to top
Unopened and undamaged items may be returned for refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for authorization before returning an item. A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. Shipping charges do apply for the return shipment of exchanged items. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
 

WHAT IS A "UNIVERSAL HOLE TOOL" AND WHY IS IT RECOMMENDED?  back to top
Our Universal Hole Tool is a convenient tool used for making a fill hole in certain types of cartridges where the factory fill hole is difficult to access. Although a drill can also be used, we recommend the hole tool because it makes a clean 3/4" hole without producing shavings that can fall into the cartridge. To determine if the hole tool is needed, see the "Refill Method Overview" in the description area of the listing. If it is not specifically recommended in the Overview, then the factory fill hole can be used and the tool is not needed to refill your cartridge.

DUAL COMPONENT TONER CARTRIDGES?  back to top
These types of toner cartridges use both toner and developer. There are two separate chambers within the toner cartridge. One chamber is for the toner and one chamber is for the developer. Our refilling instructions will show you which chamber is which. During the printing process, a little of the toner is consumed with each print and is used to create the image on the paper. The developer is not consumed like the toner but does act as the carrying agent for the toner and is vital to the development process. Developer can and will fatigue with use. When the fatigue becomes severe enough, it will have a detrimental effect on the print quality. Typically, the prints will become more and more grayish and fuzzy as the developer fatigues.
 
If consistent "new cartridge like" prints are not required, the developer can be skipped every other refill. However, we strongly recommend that it be installed on the first refill to replace the original developer that came in the cartridge. Replacing the developer on the first refill is especially important when refilling starter cartridges.
