All orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air (arriving next day before 10:30AM in most places). We will only ship within the lower 48 states in the USA.

Currently we do not offer local pick up or walk-in customers. However, we offer discounted shipping for local customers.

Two or more of our auctions can be combined to save on shipping costs. Only auctions ending on the SAME DAY can be combined for shipping. ALL orders must be shipped out within 72 hours after the auction has ended. We will not be able to hold any orders due to limited inventory space.

Customers within 125 miles receive a flat rate of $20 for shipping (box fee not included). We use MapQuest to determine shipping distance.

Corals are individually wrapped in poly bags and placed in a Styrofoam insulated box. All empty space will be filled to restrict the bags from any movement. A heat or cold pack is provided at no extra charge.

All payments must be sent via PayPal within 48 hours after the auction has ended. We do not accept any form of payments other than PayPal.

Please contact us before bidding if you have zero (0) or below 95% feedback rating. We reserve the right to cancel your bid at any time if you do not contact us first.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on the rare instances that our product was received dead on arrival (DOA). To be eligible for Live Arrival Guarantee, the following guidelines MUST be followed:

• The order MUST be delivered successfully on the first attempt.
• In cases of severe weather conditions (below 45 degrees and above 85 degrees), we will require that the order be shipped to a local UPS customer center staffed location.
• Contact us immediately within 6 hours of delivery, if you believe the product in question is in fact dead on arrival (DOA).
• Please provide clear digital photos of the product in question (within 6 hours), so that we may evaluate its status accurately. The more pictures you can provide, the more accurately we can discern the condition of the coral.
• Each dead on arrival (DOA) claim is reviewed individually, with special consideration given to the various factors and circumstances that can affect the livelihood of the coral.
• As with all corals, please keep in mind that slight discoloration and stress are completely normal after shipping. The coral should return to its natural appearance with proper care.
• All dead on arrival (DOA) claims will be given store credit or replacement if available.
• Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds. We can only credit the product, and do not offer refunds on shipping.

Please understand that this auction is for a live animal. To ensure the conservation of the natural reef, we expect all our customers to research the proper environment and habitat required for the coral to thrive in captivity.
