Metal Clay Grapevine & Roses Pendant

I began working with polymer clay over 8 years ago. It's such an amazing, versatile art medium! I am self taught and learned most everything I know from the internet, books, videos and The Carol Duvall Show. I have been published 4 times in Jewelry Crafts Magazine, have 1 article of Polymer Cafe Magazine that got the cover and my mini masks can be seen in Sarajane Helms book "Celebrations in Polymer Clay". I have several other article ideas I hope to get published soon. I also enjoy creating with Metal Clay. Having the experience of using oven baked clay helped with the creative jump to this new medium.

Dichroic glass is another addiction of mine. Since I already had a kiln for firing my silver clay, it wasn't a difficult transition to working with glass. I am also playing around with silver chainmaille jewelry. What a great use for simple jump rings! I taught myself to solder silver for a recent earring project that turned out fabulous.
