Entering our 8th year of online vehicle sales, I can say that this has been a very good venture and I've thoroughly enjoyed making the acquaintance of many fine people. I was one of the very first people to offer vehicles for sale online and still run the business with the original core values. Let's talk a moment about values and business ethics. I've never believed in being just okay or average. Whatever I did, I did it well. In fact, I wanted to distinguish myself from others by being the very best. In the car business, there are a lot of dealers. That's a fact. However, very few dealers go to the time and expense to service older vehicle like Grove Automotive Group, Inc. I believe that each vehicle, regardless of age or mileage, should be inspected and serviced. We typically install new timing belts, oil changes, brakes, filters, tires, sensors, AC service, etc. on our vehicles. Each listing contains a "SERVICE AND INSPECTION REPORT" where we describe our work on the vehicle. I've yet to meet anyone who does a pre-sale service like Grove Automotive Group, Inc. on older vehicles. My style of business is a lot different that you might be used to seeing in the car business. Each car is serviced and inspected regardless of age or mileage. Any known defect are serviced and we do the work right. There is no half-baked patching that goes on here. I don believe in it and you don need a dealer that hides problems. Alabama is a great place to be in the car business. I am very fortunate to be able to offer my customers exceptionally nice vehicles that are clean and ready to drive. All of my vehicles are absolutely clean. My original line of vehicles was Volvo, Mercedes and BMW. Due to demand, I have been offering a lineup of domestic vehicles. I research each model before I begin buying to satisfy myself of the vehicle's quality and durability. Overall, you can expect a clean car that has been well maintained. I do not sell cars that I am not personally proud to offer. Today, I sell many different makes but each has the Absolute Satisfaction Program at delivery". I tend to be very candid and "to the point" in business. I not going to fool around talking to you in some fake Southern drawl about dogs, Aunt Betty, rubarb pie or things that are not related to the vehicle that you are buying. I not going to ignore a problem on a vehicle if I know about it. I going to fix it. In return, I ask that you comply with the terms of sale on my vehicles. That simple enough. Doing business the right way has made Grove Automotive Group, Inc. a very financially sound organization with no outstanding debt. All vehicles are owned free and clear and are not on any type of floorplan. No bank or finance company pressures me to sell cars, like most other dealers. Most dealers operate on a shoestring and owe everyone on God green earth and theyl do about anything to get one sold, including telling a lie. Good luck finding another dealership that actually owns their cars! This is a great part of the country to be in the car business. After living in the cold, dreary climate of Ohio and seeing the condition of northern cars, I was very impressed to find 10+ year old cars that still looked close to new! Most northern cars simply cannot compete with one of these clean southern beauties! You can have a very nice car delivered to your doorstep through my company, Grove Automotive Transport. Remember, there are a lot of Internet dealers. Deal with a professional who has been around a long time. Before you buy, check my feedback! Then bid with confidence. Let's talk for a moment about feedback. I do my best to provide a vehicle that I would be comfortable driving and owning. You will never make everyone happy. ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION PROGRAM! Each car sold here is done so with my "ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION PROGRAM at point of delivery". What this means is if the vehicle is delivered to you and it is not what you had in mind, your purchase is refunded. Simply decline the vehicle on site, return your clear title and your refund will be sent in 5 business days. Of course, delivery charges are not part of the refund process. I have no intention of having a buyer who is not satisfied. Again, thanks for your interest! |
