When bidding on Morgan Dollars, please keep in mind that they are collectible items, much prized by coin collectors, and many of them are over a hundred years old. The prices bid in the auction should very well reflect these facts, and the prices will vary according to the condition of the coins and the market demand for them.

None of these coins should ever be considered yard-sale items or junk. All are now worth many times their original $ 1.00 U.S. issue price back when they were minted over a hundred years ago. There are coin guide books in your local bookstore with approximate current market values for these Morgan Dollars and for many other coins too, rated according to the coins' condition.

All of our coins that we put up for sale at auction on Ebay are Extra Fine grade or above, as guaranteed to us from where we obtain them.
