In 2002, someone flashed a National Enquirer at me with the words: "I made over $100,000.00 on eBay!" And, now you know the rest of the story. The majority of my merchandise is shoes and that is what I do best. Some of this stuff is to die for! Toodifor on eBay? Get it? Read on for more about me and my practices!
A WORD ABOUT USED:
What do I mean by pre-owned? In my descriptions, you will find a variety of terms as follows.
1. Like new. (LN) It could be new, but I can't prove it.
2. Very gentle use. This would be use that is picked up from every day wear. We have all purchased new shoes and a few days later noted some very tiny dings, scratches, spots or scuffs. You would have to look hard for it.
3. Gentle use. This would be a bit more than one would find with very gentle use. Maybe a little soiling. You would only see it if you were up close.
4. Use. You would notice the use easily, but there would still be value in the item.
5. Use and wear. Wear is evident. When this phrase is used, I will try to explain the use and wear with words or I will attempt to take a photo of it.
6. Trash. If it was me, I would throw it away. However, I have learned that with certain brands and styles, people will buy this merchandise. These items will have a very low starting price. What happens after that is up to you!
A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING:
Once payment has been received, I will ship the next day. I make every effort to be exact as possible on my shipping fees. For the US, I charge the USPS rate plus a small handling fee of .25 to .50 cents per package. For international shipments, I charge the USPS rates plus a $1.00 handling fee. This is because PayPal charges more for an international currency conversion and there are a lot of forms that must be filled out, which take a considerable amount of time. I will give you a refund on the postage if I have overcharged you.

When you go to give feedback, if you feel or believe that I deserve less than a 5 star rating in any one of the categories, please communicate with me and let me know how I can improve my customer service for you & future buyers. And lastly, if there is a problem, concern or question, please contact me.
A WORD ABOUT INSURANCE:
If you don't receive your package or your item is damaged, please contact me. Insurance is mandatory for packages shipped to international addresses. Insurance coverage is through the services of Auctiva.com. If you need to make a claim, please contact me.
A WORD ABOUT REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
An item can be returned for any reason if you pay the postage to mail it back to me. Returns must be within 7 days of receipt of the package. Once I receive the item in the condition of when it sold, I will issue a refund. The refund will be the total price you paid, minus the shipping fees. If you are making a return, please let me know so I can watch for it.
A WORD ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse these fees for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below or mark items as "gifts." US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
