US & Canada Customers Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, American Express, by PayPal (Confirmed Address Only), Money Orders and Cashier Checks.
Once payment is received & cleared we will ship out the order.
Please Note: Credit cards can only be accepted via Paypal.
International Bidders : We accept PayPal (Confirmed Address Only - If your address is unconfirmed your payment will be returned back to you) and Wire Transfers.
Alternate Billing/Shipping Address: If you are paying via credit card and you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address other than your billing address, you will need to list the alternate address on file with your credit card company.
Money Orders and Cashier Checks: Please allow 10 business days for all Money Orders and Cashier Checks to clear.

Orders usually take 24-48 hours to process. Shipping within the United States takes 7-10 business days,
express shipping is available.
Express orders are usually shipped the following business day (we have next day, 2-day and 3-day
services available).
For special shipping requests (need specific day, etc.), please call our toll free number.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days. Do not include those in your days of transit. |

FAQ
1. What type of files can I send?
You may send pdf, .jpg,
We would prefer you to send jpg. These files are much easier to handle and will likely speed up your turnaround.
2. What color mode should my files be in?
You should always save your artwork in CMYK mode. If you send us an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.
3. What resolution should my file be?
We accept 300 DPI files, and no less. Low resolution orders will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your turnaround.
