As a high volume seller I cannot be responsible for the actions of the post office including any lost or damaged packages. If you don't agree please do not bid as I cannot hand out refunds for the many screwups of the post office, upgrading shipment method's and insurance is your responsibility.
The delivery Rate of packages to italy and most of europe is about 98.7%, this is a fact. That means about 1/100 are in danger of being lost or not delivered. I will do all within my power to help you out if a problem occurs but once your order is dropped off at the post office it is out of my hands, literally.
