WHO WE ARE!
We are "mother - Margaret" and "daughter - Melanie" and for years we had talked about owning a consignment shop especially since we had both worked in one.
We are both raising children - Yes, even grandmama raising a grandchild, and so we shop together and the children play together. The children are only 2 days apart - so it's like having TWINS!
So when we realized we could have our dream business on line (Ebay) we became really excited, especially since we did not have to be physically in a consignment shop every day, as we are homeschooling the children and would like to be able to support ourselves and continue to homeschool.
We bring together 2 generations, plus Margaret (Grandmama) was born and raised in England and Melanie was born and raised in the United States. So Melanie can choose "funky" and Margaret can choose "elegant classy" which lends to a great combination and variety of items.
ABOUT OUR STORE!
GUMDROPS N LOLLIPOPS BOUTIQUE specializes in boutique, designer, high end department store, New with Tags (NWT), New without tags (NWOT), and Gently worn - Like New EXCELLENT condition childrens clothing and toys.
Any clothing that is used is washed and ironed and ready to wear. We DO NOT entertain clothing that we would not dress our own children in. In addition, we use the same principle with the toys that we sell. These are either NEW or Gently used all in EXCELLENT working condition and are cleaned to the point you can take delivery and hand them to your children. These are also good enough to give as gifts.
We also sell household items from kitchen utensils to artwork.
