YOUR FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS 1. DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING? A: Yes we always combine shipping for multiple purchases, buy more and save big on BULK SHIPMENTS for purchases made within 3 consecutive days. 2. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PACKAGE TO BE SHIPPED? A: We ship 3X a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Your order will be shipped 2-3 days after we receive payment. 3. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING SERVICE YOU GUYS USE? A: We use PHILIPPINE POST to ship packages worldwide. This is the same as USPS in the USA or PARCEL FORCE in United Kingdom (same with Japan Post, Singapore Post etc). The STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE we use is REGISTERED (RECORDED) AIR PARCEL. We also use GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (EMS) when specified or requested and if buyer agrees to pay for Global Express EMS Shipping Rate. 4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PACKAGES TO ARRIVE FROM MANILA? A: REGISTERED AIR PARCELS take anywhere from 15-22 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPPING to arrive to International destinations. Asia and Europe destinations receive their parcels faster from Manila while USA and CANADA buyers please allow 18-22 days for parcels to arrive. 5. WHAT IS A REGISTERED PARCEL? A: REGISTERED AIR PARCELS are parcels that are manually recorded through postal networks. Your post office will require the addressee to claim the package at the post office by providing valid IDENTIFICATION and SIGNATURE. Registered Parcels are manually recorded through postal networks which makes it virtually safe from theft and loss. Only the addressee is authorized to access and claim the package which is the main safety feature of this service. 5. WILL MY REGISTERED PARCEL BE DELIVERED? A: European buyers can expect parcel door-to-door delivery thru PARCEL FORCE. All other countries need to PICK UP the parcel at the MAIN POST OFFICE BRANCH in their area after being left a notice card. ID and Signature is required upon claiming of the parcel to make sure the recipient gets the package safely. 6. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL NOTICE CARD FROM MY POST OFFICE? A: In the event you fail to receive a PARCEL NOTICE CARD from your post office after 22 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, kindly inform us so we can send you the SCANNED MAILING RECEIPT and complete instructions to claim your package at the MAIN POST OFFICE BRANCH in your area.
