Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied. Our customers always come first!
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, as long as all items will be shipping to the same address. We will give you the lowest shipping rate possible and only charge you a single handling fee. Please allow us to send you an invoice with the combined shipping amount, or email us if you are still shopping so we know to wait until you are finished shopping.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship within 24 hours of payment except when the post office is closed on Sundays and selected Holidays (or otherwise specified). Depending on the shipping method you choose, you could expect to receive your package between 2 and 5 business days First Class and Priority Mail (longer for Parcel Post) in the U.S. For International shipping, please expect your package to take up to 10 business days arrive due to customs.
Q: How much is the shipping and handling Charge?
A: We use the shipping calculator for most of our items, so you know that you are not paying too much for shipping. There is a very small handling charge added which covers the cost of the brand new shipping materials we always use. When we charge a flat rate, it is because we have found a fast and cheap way to ship your item to bring you the best value possible.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We welcome International buyers. If you see an item that we do not ship worldwide, please email us for a shipping quote to your country.
Q: Can you mark International packages as “Gift?”
A: We understand that you want to save money, however it is illegal for a business to do this. We also must mark the correct value of the item on the customs form.
