PROCESSES AND SERVICES
- We will contact you within 24 hours after auction ended with the invoice and payment instructions (the email address that you registered eBay). If you did not receive our email after 24 hours, please contact us with your item number and auction title.
- You will receive the tracking number upon your order shipped. If you did not receive the tracking number, please contact us with your item number.
- Shipment cut off time is Mon-Fri 10:00am PST. If payment received after 10:00am PST your order will be processed in the following working day.

- Hours: Mon-Fri 11am-6pm PST. We do not answer emails, process orders or make shipment on weekends and holidays.
Return Policy:
-If item is defective. We will exchange at our cost. You must report to us with in 48 hours after you received the item. No exchange can be made if after 48 hours (no exception)
-All return must be made within 14 days from the day you received the item. A 20% restocking must be applied and shipping charge is non-refundable.
-All exchange must have RMA number and approval. We will not accept any kind of return or exchange without RMA approval.
-Due to the manufacturing process and high demand, many aftermarket products are shipped as soon as they are being made and often do not sit around long enough for the lens epoxy to dry completely. This may cause the lens to get gaps during shipping which may cause water leaks or fogging. You should inspect the seal in between the lens and body of the lamp before installation and reseal it if needed. We will NOT warranty lamps due to outer lens water leaks under any circumstance unless reported within 5 days of receipt. If the body of the lamp leaks through a non air vent hole, that will be warranted under manufacturers defect.
