south of Tacoma,
in Spanaway, Washington, and sitting on 5 acres is
Boulder
Knoll Stables,
which is home
to Dick and
Lynne Husted,
25 horses, 3
cats, 1 dog
and the Toy
Stable.

Lynne
is retired from
the Clover Park School District in Lakewood WA,
where she
taught for 31
years.
She has had a
love affair
with horses since childhood and naturally enjoys collecting them.
But, she also
like to work
with the real thing, which is how she came to start
Boulder
Knoll as a riding instructor and trainer.
Lynne no
longer actively trains
horses and has turned to her other love, collecting,
and started
the Toy
Stable. |

Dick
is a retired Navy Chief Quartermaster and is slowly restoring his
sailboat,
LeRana,
a Ranger 33.
He
says that she will be in the water one of these years.
Dick
is a avid collector of frog what nots and the name
LeRana
is
corupted Latin for "TheFrog"
Dick busies
himself playing fix-it at Boulder Knoll and
by
being
the Webmaster and Shipping Dept.
for
Lynne's
Toy Stable.
